We have been a customer for 7 years and although they are over priced they were reliable until now. We have been trying to get out outdoor shower turned on for 3 months and when I mentioned it's almost July ( June 29) the scheduler went off on me, accusing us for being out of town for all the time, claiming outreach called that we have no record of and calling me rude as she yelled at me. BTW my husband is retired and home all day. She said , ""What do I do, sit around all day and wait for you to call? "" If not, what does she do except project her nasty attitude on the customer when she was one having a bad day! Well this was our last day with Al's Plumbing. They just lost a customer who used to recommend them!

The worst service I have ever experienced. The worst communication I have ever experienced. They state they handle heating, but they really don't they SUB OUT all Heating jobs, so you are paying a middle man for the work. Do yourself a favor and shop around for a better plumber and heating service.

I've used Al's four times over the past several years. They came out the same day I called, and fixed the problem that day, every time.

Their prices are reasonable and their people are very courteous.

Do not bother! Find another plumber!
These guys never fixed the problem. They also installed a cheap faucet that may fall off any minute now!. Rude and unprofessional customer service by both Cheryl and Jenna.

8:30 am appointment, showed up at 12:20. $360 estimate, billed over $500. When called to dispute the bill was given a how dare you dispute us argumentative attitude. You decide if this is someone you'd like to use.

Used Al's Plumbing for residential heater installation. Install of heater was good however carpenter they used was horrible. Bob, the service manager, assured me that my house would be put back in reasonable condition. Subpar work on my hardwood floors around the heater installation! Used floor leveler to fill floor instead of using spacers under wood to have boards same height. Even though Bob refunded $300 of a $5400 job to get my house cleaned twice after the retries from all the sanding of the floor leveler, the final product of a carpentry repair looked as if a small child had completed the work. Had to spend another $600 to get a professional carpenter to fix the mess! Definitely not worth the $1500 they charged in carpentry repairs. Bob was impossible to communicate with. Very argumentative! Bob was arrogant, nasty, rude and a detriment to the company. Felt sorry for the girls in the office that have to deal with him on a daily basis, they looked and sounded miserable. Stay away from this company until they find a new manager and a new carpenter!

I can't express enough how much this company is unethical and practices BAD BUSINESS!! I've asked for an itemized bill now for a month and was told I would not be getting one from their manager BOB. I also requested that they come back and fix my gas fireplace which they worked on a month ago and was told flat out NO. It is putting out too much gas. Also they left a job incomplete. They price gouged me and refuse to itemize the bill. Now my lawyer will be filing consumer fraud. Better Business Bureau will be notified, spout off will have an article and channel 6 will be doing a story. I will continue to put out the word on the practices of this business until I receive a breakdown on this bill where I've completely been price gouged. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

Just used this plumber for the first time. I was very pleased with their service and pricing. Great customer service from the office (Casey) and the two mechanics they sent to do the work. The two mechanic were very professional and took pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them again in the future.

I called and made an appointment for them to install a plumbing fixture. They never showed up, nor called to cancel. Not very professional. These are the types of trade ""pros"" that give the whole industry a bad name. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!!!!

Can't say enough about how happy I am with the service we received. Pricing was super reasonable and they even showed up on time! We hired them for two projects and both were completed super fast even though they had to special order a part for us. We will recommend them to our family and friends and also continue to use them for any other projects that come up for us. The office manager Casey answered all of my questions and was extremely courteous. The guys that came in to do the job were very neat and respectful. Super. Great. Company. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
