Al's Plumbing & Heating have been amazing in service and responsiveness to our needs as new residents of Groveton. I've never experienced such exceptional and friendly service from a plumber and I feel fortunate to count them as neighbors.

recently closed on my home and started doing business with als plumbing and heating, wanted them to be my go to for oil, burner service as well as plumbing needs. last sunday i noticed plumbing leaks and also had no hot water so monday first thing i contact them in person and was told i would hear from them. i heard nothing so tuesday i went back and was told by the owner he couldn't come until thursday at 10:00. so that came and went with a no show, and no call saying so, and i was left with nothing. so i called fitch in lancaster and less than 2 hours later they came, fixed my hot water issue, and will be coming back for plumbing leaks and other issues. also scheduled my cleaning on boiler and switched to them for oil delivery as well.
al's plumbing and heatings lack of integrity has cost them a very loyal customer. but i guarantee that i will give them all the negative publicity they deserve.
sharing at work lead several local coworkers to express that they have all had bad experiences with al's and that he is far less than honest.

I was a longtime, loyal customer. After a long road trip, I found my boiler not running. Called for service, made an appointment for the next day. They called me the next day, saying not only could they not come that day, but that they would not serve me at all, ever. Seems that with these guys, loyalty runs in just one direction...
