Very disappointed after a 2 week ordeal trying to get a gas line run for a new stove. Al showed up 2 hours late the first day of our appointment. He then had to go to the hardware store to get supplies he didn't have. We were left with a pipe sticking out about 3 ft out from the floor after he finished at 5pm 4 hours later. With the pipe sticking out we knew the stove would not sit flush with the wall. Al assured it would and if not he would come back to fix it. Sure enough, the stove came and stuck out about 6 inches from our countertop. Since Al promised us he would fix it if it didn't fit, we called him to come back out. We scheduled a follow up and the day of he asked to reschedule. We agreed and then he no showed the scheduled day. Finally got him on the phone again to schedule another day and the day of he no showed again! Two no shows later and Al never came back to fix it. Not only that, he was very disrespectful over the phone and had an excuse for each time he wouldn't call back or show up. His pricing was cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Sorry to say we do not recommend using his services.
