We had a kitchen sink clog and Al's Plumbing came out and poured drain cleaner down the sink drain. I got a bill for $125. It worked for a few days then clogged back up again. I called them to come back out and they said they were booked for the next few weeks. I put a review on Angie's List detailing my experience. I called Best Rooter out and they snaked and cleared the drain on 10/10/2021. Today 10/11/2021 I get a phone call from Al's plumbing saying they were on their way over to clear my kitchen sink drain. When they arrived, I told them that I had already taken care of the problem but there was another problem I had concerning my shower drain. It was leaking into my basement, they said that they would take care of it and sealed the edges of the drain with silicone. They also resealed the grommet on my sump pump in the basement with silicone. I need to take back my bad review that I put on Angi's list about this company. I don't want to get back on Angi's list to fix the review because they want to charge a membership fee so I'll do it here. I'm waiting for Al's Plumbing to send me the bill, hopefully it won't cost me another $125.
