Al's Boca Plumbing is a 5-star experience. The owner, John, quoted me HUNDREDS less then another quote I got and he came out that day to take a look. My hot water heater was under warranty so he removed the sticker and got my replacement water heater the same day and installed the next - on a Saturday! His employees were professional, courteous and clean. With their installation you get a free maintenance service every year as well! Since then I got a quote for a dishwasher installation, again it was less then the store selling me the unit quoted. Al's Boca Plumbing is a class act - all the way around.

About three years ago I had a water heater installed by Al's Boca Plumbing. Since my experience with the company was very good, when I needed a kitchen faucet installed I didn't hesitate to call the company again. I spoke to John Williams of Al's Boca plumbing yesterday and he arrived today to install the faucet. He also replaced the valves in the cabinet to the faucet, the dish washer and the refrigerator as they were leaking. I found his work to be professional and reasonably priced. In the future I would not hesitate to call again if the need arises. I highly recommend using Al's Boca plumbing's services.

I am in Delray Beach FL. I have used Al's Boca Plumbing for several years with no issues. So when i needed a new valve installed i called Al {John Williams"""" to repair it, I gave him a $400 check on January 2nd and he told me he had to order the part. every week he gave me another reason that he could not come he was in a few big jobs. Then he stopped answering the calls. it is February 17th and I told him to refund the money and I have someone else to do the repair. I have given him every chance to say he can't do it, but no phone calls or texts. Time to report him to the DBPR. Don't trust this guy.

Hired to install new toilets, hot water heater, replace garbage disposal,etc. I gave him $2500 and he never did the work. Always had an excuse for not showing up. He never responded to inquiry from the better business bureau.
