I was having an issue with hot water. Long story short, he miss diagnosed the problem. I paid him in full, with the expectation he would come back and fix the problem. He went radio silent, and he's not return phone calls, nor texts. I would not use him whatsoever.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We never received the service we payed for! He was supposed to come back but never answered or picked up the phone! Stay away!

Caveat Emptor(Buyer Beware). Al' Boca Plumbing, John Williams, was a disaster. We paid him the full amount & he failed to provide us with a paid statement of his work, return & correct the continuing problems & defects with the work he did although he promised to do so. Additionally, he avoided returning calls until I called from a different number & then gave excuses for his lack of response & promised to call & set up an appointment on a date certain & again failed to call back. SEE OTHERS REVIEWS WHERE HE DID THE SAME. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER THE SAME CONSEQUENCES.

About three years ago I had a water heater installed by Al's Boca Plumbing. Since my experience with the company was very good, when I needed a kitchen faucet installed I didn't hesitate to call the company again. I spoke to John Williams of Al's Boca plumbing yesterday and he arrived today to install the faucet. He also replaced the valves in the cabinet to the faucet, the dish washer and the refrigerator as they were leaking. I found his work to be professional and reasonably priced. In the future I would not hesitate to call again if the need arises. I highly recommend using Al's Boca plumbing's services.

This man totally took advantage of the situation. Gouged me pricewise pipes cut in the wrong place no receipts stood me up over a half a dozen times. Never returned despite constant calls and messages. promised information to work with insurance and never provided it. If I could give -4 stars I would never use this man. I needed a second plumber to fix all his mistakes

In August 2020, a plumber from this company came and did some work in my house, Including making a repair to a leaky faucet. I discovered later in the day that the faucet was still leaking. When I called, the plumber said he needed to get a different cartridge. 7 weeks later, I am still waiting. I've called probably 10 times. Each time I am told the plumber isn't feeling well or is understaffed, and that he will call me back, which he never does. I am resigned to the fact that I will need to call a different plumber to get this fixed.

I needed a new water heater. The water pressure in my house was very low. Al came and he quoted his price. I thought it was fair. We hired him and he came back the next day to do the job. I needed him to come back because I wanted the water to be set hotter. He came back the next day with no problem. Al was very nice and I would definitely use him again. Susan S

If I could give a negative - star rating I would do it. My brother requested plumbing repairs for his kitchen Fossetts. He didn't show up as promised and Never Called !!!! Can't recommend .

I hate having to do this to any business but I guess 4 th time must be unlikely. We initially bought a new dishwasher from Best Buy and their installers found a leak under our sink and also could not install our dishwasher as our tiled floor had made it hard to install. I called Al's Plumbing who came to the house and assessed everything and gave me an estimate of $900 half of which he wanted up front by check which I paid him immediately as I had used him previously and found him reliable. He asked me if I wanted it covered under my homeowner's insurance policy and I said no. We set up a date for Monday and he called me stating he had a problem elsewhere so he canceled on me and came the following day oomph time. He did a good job with my leak under the sink, however he and his fellow workers had a difficult time putting in the new dishwasher. He then told me he would have to lift my granite counter to place it in and that it may crack. My response was you are the professionals and you figure out how to do it! In short the Dishwasher front was buckled and the Granite counter top was cracked (which I noticed after he left). I have called Al 4 times the last time he finally answered my calls and I asked him to come by the house and see the problem. Today its been over 4 week and no sign of Al's Plumbing!! I must say I am very disappointed by the way Al's Plumbing has responded to an old customer of his this time! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never use him again!

Hate to leave a negative review as most of my reviews are positive but bad experience here; called Wednesday evening (admittedly it was late) and the owner was out at dinner - no problem at all - and said he'll call me back after dinner to schedule. No call. Not a big deal at all, so I called at 9 am Thursday morning and was then told he'd come to my place at 4:30 the same day. On his word, I left work early and rushed home (an hour drive) and he was a no show. I called and he said he go stuck on another job. With just basic communication this would've been no problem, but instead of calling and letting me know this, there was no phone call and I assume if I didn't call him, I would've been left wondering what happened. Zero communication or appreciation for others' time
