Really nice guys - friendly, quick service - but not entirely competent...it usually takes two or three visits before they ""FIX"" the problem, whether putting in new lines or resetting a toilet or installing a shower-head. And every time is more money -- so initially they're reasonably priced, but the 'multiple return' from leaky faucets to the WRONG size line (which is now behind a few thousand dollars of sheetrock and unchangeable without major home reconstruction) means very poor water pressure.

It's unfortunate - we'd like to support the local tradesmen, and these folks sure are nice, but we seem to have had bad luck with every fix we've tried with them over the past four years. We won't use again - we're looking for someone new.

Man! I am on the fence for a 2 or 3 star. I can't really say I've experienced better -- since this is my first usage of a plumber -- but I may change that soon.

Here's what was good: They came in soon after our call (even though they didn't have to - it wasn't an emergency); nice guys; figured out a fix for a problem toilet.

Here's why I just can't jump on board: They did not set the toilet back on correctly - something with the wax ring... it leaked; it took a couple calls in to them to get a response this time (the DID come back -- with happy attitudes to finally fix that one); they left nasty wax gunk all over the floors (messy).

Ultimately, pulling toilet/new flange/new wax ring/setting toilet (twice - ugh) cost me over $550. (Seemed high, but don't know what plumbers charge any more). We have since had another plumbing problem come up that needs help -- and I have to say, I am not confident in their skills. Kinda bums me out, too --- nice guys and I love to support locals!
