My experience with Alpine Septic Pumping was quite frustrated with their service. The staff was misleading concerning my plumbing needs.

I first reached out to a different plumbing service who told me I required to clear a blockage in my kitchen sink. But the staff member suggested that my tank needed replacement since it was put in back in 1978.

I explained that I recently bought the house and the inspection showed the tank was relatively new. Once I ended the call, I called another plumber that took care of the issue in under 15 minutes and it turned out to be just a clog in the kitchen sink.

To conclude, I would not recommend Alpine Septic Pumping as a result of their untrustworthy service.

SHAMROCK, they performed well, cheaper and efficiently!!!!

THREE WEEKS WAITING, numerous calls, I even went there, communicated with five individuals.....ONLY TO BE GIVEN THE RUNAROUND!!! I previously used this service, without any issues... but this time the driver was dishonest about his arrival!! Inaccurate details were given, claiming there was a risk, when there was no real danger. I had a respectful conversation with the owner, Tom, and he mentioned we weren't suitable for his services? He was afraid his worker would slip and fall on the ice(EXCUSE!) Imagine finding ice in Alaska in late November? My kids use that area safely and my vehicles access it without problems that needed to be accessed so I guess kids are more capable than a service worker? The driver showed up at the end of the day and refused to pull out the hose, provided a reason, went home early!!!! Tom said it needed to be sanded, and who do you think sands too? Alpine Septic Pumping.....!
