I had a water heater that stopped working, other places I called said it would take at least a week for them to come out. He recommended a local store to make the purchase from which worked out great. I purchased my selected unit over the phone and Rafa picked it up and installed it on schedule as planned. Sent me a picture of it when all done. His invoice matched his verbal estimate. No surprises! Two weeks later I was having trouble with my sink and needed it fixed before I left town again. Rafa was very accomodating with my schedule and fixed the blockage very quickly (which had nothing to do with the dishwasher). I definitely recommend Rafa for plumbing projects!

Rafal no longer help clear out clogs, but was courteous enough to text me back after I left him a message about my clogged first floor bathroom toilet. Although I did not experience Rafal's plumbing services, I wanted to leave a 4 star review for his professionalism in returning a call to me where most in the industry would not have, especially since he does not provide these services any longer.
