Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. They came out and looked everything over and said they would get me a quote right away. I waited a couple of weeks and no quote yet so I called the office and the secretary said that she would talk to the repair man that came out and get the quote to me. I waited another week and still no quote talked to the secretary again and said she would get the quote again and get it to me right away.....well its now about a month and a half still no quote. Alpine could have been a little more professional and at least said that they didn't want to do the job instead of just leaving me hanging.

Got on the schedule to have our water heater and toilet replaced. They called us back due to removing us from the schedule because someone else had a more urgent circumstance. Now our services are pushed out another week. Sadly they know our home warranty will pay the bill so they forgot about implementing customer service. Due to this experience we are extremely unsatisfied with our experience.

They replaced a toilet intake valve and left the water input line open which soaked the wall to wall carpet and that ran into the downstairs bath room ruining some of the ceiling there. 39 days later and many phone calls later, Ed came and repaired the ceiling doing a nice job. Ed was polite and efficient but I would not recommend Alpine.

When my furnace went out, Becky got Brian out the next day to check it out. We had to replace our furnace. Even during the very busy season, we had a new furnace within days. Brian and Scott installed our new furnace. They were fast, friendly and right on time. Such nice people!
