Alpine plumbing and air came out same day I called in and scheduled the appointment. They knew exactly what to do and I felt very comfortable with them and the decisions that were made to help fix and maintain my unit. I really appreciate the help the process this company took to make sure I was in good hands. The office staff also did a very good job, I would highly recommend them.

0/5 stars. NEVER AGAIN! Hella EXPENSIVE is all I can say! WOW! RIDICULOUS! $4,200 to move one toilet, slice two floor tiles, remove part (1-2 feet) of toilet drain pipe, attach new toilet drain piping, new flange & seals. If you want to pay exorbitant costs of YOUR hard-earned money & get fleeced, call Alpine. I'm still waiting for an itemized receipt of tasks, labor and materials. Obviously, I will NOT work with them again & do NOT recommend them. Nope. They will take advantage of you when you have a water emergency. Tried to upsell us $25,000 for a whole house re-pipe and suggested we borrow money from them to pay for it. SLIMY & TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. INSANE prices! Do yourself a favor and call your Dad's or good friend's tried & true plumber if you can. 0/5 stars. NEVER AGAIN!

I am very sorry that I used this company to unclog my main sewer line. They tried to scam me into replacing all my main sewer line. Their camera did not work , but they insisted that a sewer connection had collapsed and it was also leaking badly. The only way to fix this they said was to replace all the piping at a cost of $2,100. I put on a jump and crawled under the house myself to see, and found that everything that they said was a lie. They tried to take advantage of me because I was a senior. Finally they used a rooter to unclog the line. But to keep me from identifying them and reporting them, they refused to give me an invoice or any business cards. And then they falsified their report to pretend that all the lies they told me were true.
