He recommended a local store to make the purchase from which worked out great. I purchased my selected unit over the phone and Rafa picked it up and installed it on schedule as planned. Sent me a picture of it when all done. His invoice matched his verbal estimate. No surprises! Two weeks later I was having trouble with my sink and needed it fixed before I left town again. Rafa was very accomodating with my schedule and fixed the blockage very quickly (which had nothing to do with the dishwasher). I definitely recommend Rafa for plumbing projects!

Great service. Rafal is very easy to deal with & explained everything that needs to be done in detail. They are very accommodating, respond quickly & work with your schedule . He installed my water heater vent outside climbing over 7 feet of snow! His prices are very reasonable, they are very efficient & stay late to finish the job. Had my bathroom remodeling plumbing & installation of tankless water heater by Alpine & couldn't be happier- highly recommended!
