It was Sunday and we found our water heater was leaking in the garage. It had probably been leaking for 2-3 days before we noticed as the wooden platform it sat on was pretty saturated. We called and tech came out within the time range promised. Gave us an estimate to replace the 40g water heater of $2400, and $400 to replace the stand. We discussed that the water heater only costs 5-600$ and the new stand will only cost about 50-100$. Can't be 2000$ in labor. We did get $100 discount so total cost was reduced to $2700. It was an emergency and on a Sunday and we didn't have many options. We regretfully agreed to the price. Work was completed within 4-5hrs of labor, 2 hrs demo and removal/cleanup on Sunday and 2hrs to install new heater on Monday. Service was great, service people were friendly and responsive. However, prices are much too high.

Alpine came out and assessed the damage to our ceiling leak. They were on time with the schedule the provided. They were very professional, the gentleman was wearing his mask and assured me he was also vaccinated.

As a business owner's perspective i have to say they represented their company well. Because it was an AC leak, they were not able to assist me. None the less they were very informative and were clear about what they were explaining. I will be calling them in the future if i need help.

We found multiple gas leaks and Herb was quickly dispatched within an hour. Him and Jeff were very professional, knowledgeable and was straight to the point. They explained what can happen, if we found more leaks and were very thorough, as well as very honest.

Herb kept us updated with texts and photos to let us know what was going on. They were on our house until everything was completed correctly.
