Susan R.I've been trying to get this company to do some work for me since April of 2021. As of November, 2022 they still haven't done what was agreed upon. I called today and Mandy Portillo was disgustingly rude and unprofessional in helping me to get the issue resolved. I say disgustingly because the company touts itself to be oh so holier than thou Christian complete with a "Have a blessed day" and a "Jesus loves you" on their answering machine. Yeah, Plumbco, if Jesus was real, he would find your customer service to be abhorrent. She ended the call by telling me that I should hire someone else. I am. So should you.
