My new plumbing company!!! I came home Christmas Eve evening to find water dripping from my ceiling in my one floor condo. I was unable to find any plumbers to help. I came across this company and gave them a call. Tyler who answered the phone was great and was able to get a technician out to me with in a few hrs. Hayden was my technician that had arrived and he was able to determine very quickly that my neighbor above me had a leaking water heater that they were unaware of was leaking. Not only was Hayden able to fix and resolve the situation, he was able to contact someone to help me care for the damage from the leaking water! Thanks to both of you for being amazing and making it all work out on a holiday!

Very polite and nice, and did provide a free service call evaluation. The service call was supposed to be to clean burners and apply a solution to prevent further rust. They vacuumed the burners, didn't clean and didn't have the sealant-as promissed. The last service call, last year-another vendor who was not available this time, removed the burners and spent close to 2 hours to do it right-and were physically cleaned. The boiler went out shortly after the Hot & Soft visit. They returned, no charge, and I was told that the timer was bad and the readout panel was also bad. I have experience with the brand of mechanical timer and was suspicious that there was nothing wrong with it. The quote was $700 for a $250 part and $900 labor for both-for about an hour's worth of work. The panel was plug and play and no soldering. I called and stated that the price was high and they stated they would look into it and get back to me. Never did. I'm lucky on that one!
I ordered the panel and paid $200 to have installed and then removed-since the boiler didn't fire up. Was also informed that the timer had nothing to do with the boiler problem. This was confirmed by 2 other electricians that I knew. Unfortunately they couldn't repair boilers. I had another company to come in and was informed that it had nothing to do with electrical. It was the sensors on the water intake, a mechanical problem. Don't like to give two stars, but when I'm quoted a repair price-I expect expertise. It would have been one star, if not for their first service call-which in retrospect was overpriced for the service, and the follow up no charge service call. Always get a competing quote.

These guys are incredible! Got me in for a quote/estimate the day after initial contact and then after a day or two of contemplating and finally deciding on them, they got me in at their earliest slot. The copper lining of my outdoor spigot must have had some water in it over the winter, subsequently froze, and caused a major crack in the pipe. This spigot just so happens to be the only one available for my swamp cooler to connect to. Being without any sort of AC for any period of time during the Utah summer is a bad time, so I am glad Hot and Soft were able to finish this up quick.
Shoe covers, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. All I could ever ask for when it comes to anyone in the trades, but especially someone repairing stuff on my home.
Their prices are fair, and the repair itself was done in less than an hour.
I would definitely recommend this team and any of their techs. Will be using them in the future as well.

Awesome experience working w this company. They responded within 10 min on Yelp w quote and very accommodating in scheduling around my toddlers naps. The service guy was prompt, patient w the curious children, explained the problem simply and offered me 3 very honest solutions, including showing me how I could make one of the repairs myself. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!

My outdoor faucet froze and burst. Hot and Soft responded quickly when I posted on Yelp for estimates. The owner did the consult himself and applied a coupon automatically that I didn't even know of. Their estimate was reasonable, so I had them back to fix it two days later. They worked around my schedule, and both the owner and the technician who did the job were personable, prompt, and communicated in a timely manner. The work is excellent and when I'm ready to refinish my basement this summer, I'll be asking them for a bid. I highly recommend.
