Had a hot water leakage in the crawl space through the hole in the cooper pipe. It was night time, but Nurik came within an hour and fixed the leakage. Thank you, Nurik! Good work!

I have worked with Zack on several projects in our house, and I have only great things to say about his work. He has worked on re-locating our washer unit, which involved some tricky plumbing, and installing a sink in the garage.

Most recently, we had to pack up some drywall due to water damage in our garage (unrelated to his work). Zack identified a pipe joint was still leaking, and he replaced an entire section with new copper pipes and soldered to ensure we had no leak before patching it up.

He always has the customer's best interests in mind, provides fair pricing, and is very friendly to work with. He and his crew are professionals, and always clean up after their work is done.

So unfortunately we had a catastrophic water leak on our property in July and SJWC actually send someone out to inform us that they detected a loss of water pressure from their system. Worried, confused and frustrated as we are on 1.3 acres of land and had no idea where the leak is coming from. My husband shut the main valve down and we started calling for help. Alphabet was one of the firsts to respond and they send out Nurik the next day. He came with a little shovel and started digging and luckily soon found the source of the leak. He took pictures and videos and quickly remedied the problem. We had to work with Alphabet with the verbiage to communicate with SJWC on their leak forgiveness program which we got a little relief from our crazy water bill. We are just happy that Alphabet was able to find the source and remedied the leak fast! For that, we are grateful!
