Such GREAT service! There were 2 tubs and 2 toilets that were filling up with brown smelly sludge and 2 pipes leaking in the basement. Rick and Josh from Alpha came, saw, and concurred the problem. Boss also came a bit later to assist. They had to remove a toilet and snake out the pipe that was causing the clog and overflow problem. They checked the outside pipes for other issues but thankfully, there were none. They were prompt, kind, friendly and got things done in 2.5 hrs and the charge was less than expected. How often does that happen?! They also cleaned up the mess on the bathroom floor and reinstalled the toilet. They have earned trust. A neighbor recommended them.

Don't waste your money. They will not fix any damage they cause. Not easy to deal with and will not stand behind their work.

I would write a really detailed review on all the sewer and plumbing problems I've had them fix for me, but I don't know what they've done. I'm not a plumber. My toilet and drains work when they are done so I'm happy. They are really affordable too and the owner is often on site and a pleasure to deal with, in fact they were recommended to my by another plumber who couldn't help. The owner has even stopped by my house when working in the neighborhood just to check to make sure that everything is still working right and ask if we've needed maintenance, like literally stopped by the house, not a telemarketer, an email or a letter. That says a lot. Use Alpha Sewer Service!

These guys are awesome. They arrive right on time, they charge a fair price and they do a fan-flipping-tastic job. Super professional and totally trustworthy from start to finish. They don't take credit cards, but that's a small inconvenience compared to the peace of mind they offer.

We've been using Alpha for 20+ years to clean out tree roots, unstop drains, and rebuild old sewer lines. Wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else. Always fair and always there when they say they will be there, which is more than I can say for a lot of other contractors! But then, I wouldn't know about other sewer service/plumbing companies - I don't need them!
