This guy Jason never stops his ranting. Give it up man, look at you reviews. Day labor workers are cheap and do cheap work. Invisible owners show up for the money and ignore all the complaints. A lot of nerve & no accountability. Anyone who wants videos, pictures or simply just come by my house. I CAN PROVE IT!

These are the biggest thieves I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. Refused to give me price updates and after 3 weeks of running fans and dehumidifiers they billed me way over $40,000. No demolition work, no repair work. $40,000 for running fans when none of their employees were even on the jobsite.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!

Jason and his assistant are scam artists. Unfortunately they don't know how to read policies. We had a simple roof leak that needed to be fixed and we went to them for help with filing our claim. Sadly because they are greedy they decided to create a story of more water damage in our home to get us ""added upgrades"" in our kitchen, along with the small roof repair. They tore off our baseboards in our kitchen and were required to have someone come out from our insurance to decide what the cause of the ""water damage"" was from. They tore our kitchen apart and put loud fans in there for weeks just for the insurance policy to determine they would cover nothing because of the ""water damage"" came from plumbing that wasn't covered in our policy. They left our kitchen torn apart, only coming back to grab their obnoxious fans. They didn't even mention our actual concern which was the roof leaking in our kitchen because they were so convinced they would get a large check to cover it all, plus some. We were left with more damage than what we started with that ended up costing us over $2,000 to later repair and remove mold. I would never do business with Jason or anyone affiliated with him. They're dishonest and will put you in a worse situation than when you started. One star is only being given due to obligation because they deserve a negative star rating and don't deserve to be in business. My reviews are always very honest and as much as I hate to leave reviews such as this one, it's only fair that I warn other people. Run. Don't walk. Run away from this company. Avoid the expense and the headache of working with scam artists that have no idea what they're doing.

Very unorganized and unreliable. If you hire this outfit prepare to be your own foreman. Communication is nearly nonexistent and when someone does show up the competency is extremely variable. We've been going now for over 4.5 months. It's gotten to the point where I'm buying my own supplies and finishing the job myself.... they wore me down and I just want to be done with the repairs and never have to attempt to get these guys to answer a phone or on site to complete a job that should have been completed 3 months ago. Avoid this company, it's not worth the headache.

Stay away!!! I have been waiting for 6 weeks for Alpha Builder to come to my home and start on my shower. The owner has consistently lied to me, the company that referred me to them, to the insurance adjuster, and lied in my review in Google. I have been waiting for them to install a fiberglass shower -- nothing fancy. They submitted an $8,000 quote to my insurance company for a tile shower with glass doors. Then tried to say that I submitted the false claim to my insurance company. WHAT?!?! How could I have done that when my insurance company paid a restoration company to remove the fiberglass shower? They lied to me stating that the adjuster has a chip on his shoulder and is not replying to their emails. This is false as well as the adjuster has cc'd me on all of the emails. I could go on and on about the horrible costumer service I've received from this company. Do yourselves a favor and go with another company. YOU WILL regret dealing with Alpha Builders. People, just look at how Jason responds to all of the negative reviews. Everyone is a liar except him. The evidence is in the pudding. I cannot stress enough that you do not want tontouch this company with a 20 foot pole.

Would never recommend. Work not competed. Still struggling to get work finished since June 2021. They are very uncoordinated, not responsible and poor workmanship all the way around. They claim no responsibility for anything and if they work 1 or days they leave work hanging around for weeks. True nightmare. Even your response that you have tried scheduling & you just keep lying. People please see all reviews on BBB and ROC. They work this way with everyone. Same complaints.

Alpha Builder has been a nightmare for us. We hired Alpha Builder for repairs on our home for the Kitchen, Guest Restroom and Master Restroom.

Alpha Builder took forever to show up and start after we paid our deposit. Then it was a very slow process. One guy would show up for a few hours a day. Alpha builder did not cover any of my furniture so sofas were covered in drywall sanded material.
They piled trash in the front yard and did not remove until I fired them on the last day.

Weeks passed, I reached out to Alpha Builder for a final bill so we could settle up and that's when it all went very bad.
Jason (Owner) then tried to bill me for Materials and Labor that Alpha Builder did not do. They refuse to correct their final billing to me even after I pointed out there errors in billing. I have receipts for all my purchases of Materials and Labor.

I have had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. Jason has attempted to buy my right to post negative reviews by linking any settlement to removing negative remarks, I declined. Jason then tried to pressure a settlement by stating the RoC process would be long and drawn out. Now Alpha Builder is threatening to ""file a lien on my property"" Luckily for me AZ has a law against filing a known false document such as a false lien. The penalty is $5k or the cost of damages which ever is greater.

I would advise anyone that hires Alpha Builder to make sure you get a well documented estimate containing items description, square footage, price, warranty and time frame to complete. Also make sure you have something in writing about the trash or you will end up with a pile of trash for weeks or months. Keep a journal with your notes containing dates and subject discussed. Make sure you get any changes to your estimate in writing. Try to keep interaction with Alpha Builder in writing as apposed to verbal agreements. Take good notes because you will likely need them.

We have an Aug 31 appointment with the RoC.

Follow up....

08/31/21 The Roc (Registrar of Contractors) came to my home along with Jason Beltran of Alpha Builder. The meeting was for the RoC to inspect the areas that I had filed a complaint for.

09/10/21 The Roc Sent out a written letter to both Alpha Builder and myself with their findings. The RoC had found items that needed repair and Gave Alpha Builder until 5pm on Sep 27th to comply with the repairs. Alpha Builder DID NOT meet this deadline.

09/29/21 The RoC issued out a Citation to Alpha Builder via email and also sent out a written copy via mail. Alpha Builder now must reply by Oct 14th 2021.

I let you all decide if you want to go through the Hell that we have gone through with Alpha Builder.

I found out about Alpha from word of mouth and considering I trusted my friends opinion, I had them do the cabinets in my kitchen remodel. Nothing too fancy, just wanted quality work and I'm super happy with the results
