When I got screwed up by a sham general contractor who scammed us with a fake license and took 80K from our budget for our guesthouse total remodeling and abandoned the project with endless things to fix I was devastated. I looked long and hard to find reputable trustworrhy licensed contractors to rescue the project that was suspended for 9 months. I met multiple plumbers from different sources including Yelp, Angie's List and others. I met Harry due to a separate emergency plumbing issue that we had with our main house. He was the only guy we called and showed up late at night with his partner and solved our waterheater issue that turned out to be an accidental shut off . Instead of telling us lies to charge us a lot of money he told us the truth and didn't charge us anything unlike other plumbers ( one even told us to take out our shower to diagnose the problem). We ended up having him install a new toilet we already bought to make up for the time he took to come over our house. Because of that incident I hired Harry to do the entire plumbing work for our guesthouse remodeling from evaluating the existing work to fixing everything and finishing what was left. I told him that I was going to be the general contractor myself and he needed to be flexible and patient with me with timing of each task I assigned him as many of those tasks were dependent on other contractors work and inspection as well. He was very patient and always took my calls whenever I had questions and made himself available whenever I needed him to be at the job site. He and his partner work really long hours daily. They are really honest and hardworking and do great work. During the entire course of many months it's usually me interacting with Harry. My husband who didn't know him thought he looked rough and unhappy because he looked very serious. But through the many months of working with him I know under that tough look he has a really good heart. He laughs when i joke with him that he needs to smile more. I think it's part of Armenian culture that people don't smile as much ( maybe I'm wrong). But what I can tell you is they are good plumbers and charge very reasonable rates. You won't regret hiring him and his partner. Call him instead of texting. He responds fastest by phone calls than texts.

They explain everything to you and provide free estimate. Decided to have them handle the job and couldn't be more happier with our choice. They did a great job and left everything clean. I contacted Alpha Rooter this morning for a non- emergency kitchen sink repair. I assumed I would get scheduled later this week, but I was scheduled for later this afternoon. I don't know any Plummer in the area till I came across Alpha Rooter.
I called and they went to the house and met a fantastic guy named Harry. He fixed everything in the house. And when I had an emergency to fix something I called and they came to fix it even though I did not make any schedule they still took their time to fix it. Aside from fixing they will also clean the place. I am very observant on people Harry and his assistant are very professional and know what they are doing they even clean the place after they finish their work. when it comes to price he is very reasonable. Thank you Alpha Rooter it was a Fantastic Job!!! if I can give more than 5 Stars I will......:)

My Water Heater stopped giving Hot Water and in addition I had a leak in the bathtub spout. I requested quotes from Alpha Rooter and another three plumbers. Harry (the owner of Alpha Rooter) may have been the second person to respond (still within a decent time) yet was the first to confirm an appointment. I will note that he was willing to come a half an hour from our phonecall which is impressive!
We agreed on a time the following day (today) and he came a little later, but communicated so in a professional way. The diagnosis and solution was explained well and he picked up the parts necessary, coming back to complete the jobs with ease. He is most likely not the cheapest, but I feel confident with his experience and knowledge in this important and possibly dangerous area. I will definitely be in contact again.... but hopefully not for a looooong time
