My Water Heater stopped giving Hot Water and in addition I had a leak in the bathtub spout. I requested quotes from Alpha Rooter and another three plumbers. Harry (the owner of Alpha Rooter) may have been the second person to respond (still within a decent time) yet was the first to confirm an appointment. I will note that he was willing to come a half an hour from our phonecall which is impressive!
We agreed on a time the following day (today) and he came a little later, but communicated so in a professional way. The diagnosis and solution was explained well and he picked up the parts necessary, coming back to complete the jobs with ease. He is most likely not the cheapest, but I feel confident with his experience and knowledge in this important and possibly dangerous area. I will definitely be in contact again.... but hopefully not for a looooong time

1:33 AM. Wow. What can I say? Responsive, upfront about pricing (VERY REASONABLE), communicated within 15 mins via text after late night Yelp find and put pricing in text (so no high-pressure salesman vibe), 30 mins later is out front.

Don't have easy access to clean out but no complaints, stormed the jungle that is my overgrown yard and setup in no time. Laid out a few different options with informative caveats and rough estimates while still handling problem at hand! Also provided great tips and cheaper recommendations for self maintenance as well. Hands down, best plumber I've found in the Valley.

Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. A definite recommend and want to bring back to fix second bathroom in home. Top notch!!

I am extremely happy with Alpha Rooter's work and turnaround! We had a clogged master bathroom sink and Harry was so accommodating. He managed to schedule us around 7pm-7:30pm the same day we asked for a quote! Gary arrived right on time and he was very easy to communicate with. He finished the rooting in just a few minutes (we were expecting around an hour's worth of work) and our sink is now usable again! I strongly recommend this company. Five stars.

Couldn't be happier with the whole process. Asked for a quote and within minutes I was chatting with them. Told them I didn't get home until later in the day...no problem, they scheduled the appointment at 6 PM. Artur showed by promptly at 6 PM, he was polite and helpful. Showed him the problem and within minutes he had identified the issue, gave me a quote, and started to fix the problem. By 6:30 PM, he was out the door, the problem was fixed, and there was no sign that he had ever been there.

Highly recommend Alpha Rooter for anyone with plumbing needs.

Thank God for Alpha Rooter!! Wow can I say amazing service??? Had an emergency in my townhouse, the water was leaking from my second floor, called Alpha Rooter they showed up in a few mins!
