Upon the first contact, the person talks to me so disrespectfully and that I had to pay what he stated and not what Choice Warranty stated. Well after they had the conversation I only paid 670.00 to install the water heater! One week two weeks no hot water and if I did for like 5 minutes. So, I had to pay a plumber to come out after your MF Alphaplus responded via text that they would come on Friday at 6 then 7 then 8 only to tell us they are in Fredericksburg Va and can't come and would be at our home at 8:30 am. Well, that came and went with no call or text for the lazy ass service. But hey, guess what, neither Alphaplus nor (Choice) were able willing or accountable since (Choice) decided to halt service on what appears to be negligent of the company that you allowed to represent your Choice rep and yet you told me they were the best!! So we had to place a call with their service (AO Smith) and they decided that they would pay if they came out after hearing how Choice and Alphaplus treated us. Well, any call placed on a Saturday is like waiting for the second coming of Jesus! So I did networking at got a plumber to come out and I had to pay 125.00 out of pocket so you know I am pissed along with no God damm hot water for over 3 weeks!!! Alphaplus came out on the first time after installation talking about a faulty wire, really, the second time something else! So same shit problems and 4 calls later only to be told by the warranty service company that the water heater Choice purchase was crap!! The cheapest water heater and Master Plumbers said they won't service those at all!! So now we are on the fourth service call that gives us directions on taking the damm panel off and hitting the reset button since the lower heating element was replaced by the plumber that I paid for! so now I have to wait to see if we have hot water or how long we will have hot water and YOU CALL THIS SERVICE!! I will do any and all surveys, Facebook, yelp, yahoo, and Google reviews to express my dissatisfaction on this service. The misrepresentation of communication and how the details of my contract were used against me after countless times I conveyed to you that I did not want Alphaplus into my home and did not trust them! CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and go where ever I can! My daughter is a PR rep and what I don't know she will direct me to get my thoughts heard!
