These folks were amazing! Took time to explain while diagnosing our plumbing problem and they were quick to help us shore up our backed up septic issue. Also capped and covered an open flange on first floor and changed a seal on toilet that had been leaking. Extremely fair and affordable. Thank you guys so much! What an awesome company! I had an emergency sewer backup and flooding in my basement on Monday. Alpha Plumbing was able to have someone come to my house within only a few hours of my initial phone call. Brian and Billy diagnosed the problem immediately upon arrival. Really nice guys. A joy to talk with. Put my mind at ease. They also found a leaking toilet and fixed that as well. I also asked them to install a new toilet while they were here and they completed this additional task as well with unequalled speed, skill, cleanliness and professionalism. Desperate to get a dishwasher valve replaced, I looked on Yelp to find a plumber. I wanted a local family owned business with good reviews. Well, Alpha is wonderful and responsive. I never thought I would be able to schedule a technician on the same day let alone same morning. Liam called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt and professional...two qualities that are difficult to find these days. I am grateful! Highly recommended!!

I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am for this company! My elderly mother was having a sewage backup problem and was so worried that it was going to cost way more than she could afford to pay. The techs came in and were able to clear the roots out and suggest a solution that buys us some time with the bigger issue. Jamie & Billy were great and if I could get them a raise I would!! My mom literally cried with relief (and so did I). It can be so hard to find honest, competent and compassionate company's these days so we will be telling all our friends & family about Alpha!!

I was building a wet bar and I needed to route plumbing to the area for a bar sink and ice maker from an adjacent bathroom. I decided I was going to contract this work out and I found Alpha Plumbing on Yelp. Alpha was able to come out quickly and assess the work to be done and they subsequently provided me the quote. My job required a total of three trips to the house - the first for the assessment, the second for the rough-in and the third for the final plumbing hookup. All three appointments were easy to schedule and the plumber, Brian, was on time, professional, transparent and respectful of me and my home. Brian would notify me when he was on his way and wore a mask while in my house. He was very efficient with his efforts and effectively communicated what he was going to do and how long he expected it to take. The project tuned out terrific! Shout out to Bob too!

Coincidentally, the day after my wet bar job was complete I had a non-related plumbing issue and Alpha Plumbing quickly dispatched a plumber to my house which had four gurgling, bubbling, spewing and ""geysering"" toilets making a mess of the bathroom. (Turns out the county failed to notify my community of their plans to violently flush the sewer lines.) Once again the plumber, Liam, was super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and called me when he was on his way.

My experience with Alpha Plumbing was wonderful! During the course of my project and fake-emergency I communicated with John, Lorraine, Liam, Brian and Bob and everyone was so incredibly awesome and exemplary in their execution. I am very glad to have such a wonderful plumbing company in my contact list.

All I can say is good luck with getting them out to your property. I moved my schedule twice to accommodate them but they announced they couldn't come less than an hour before our planned time. Respect your customers enough to give them a 24 hour notice at least. Very irresponsible

We used Alpha Plumbing for backflow preventer testing which is required in Anne Arundel County. They were able to come to us the next day and were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. We'll look forward to their service again next year.

Very responsive, even tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone before bringing them in. They really work to help you address the problem. Came up with a couple of ideas, recommended the most cost effective first before trying the money suckers. Great customer service and work and haven't had a problem since.
