We noticed some mold forming on the ceiling drywall in our garage, directly below the toilet in our Master Bathroom. Another plumbing company wanted to tear into the drywall and replace the pipes, quoting a repair bill in excess of $500. Alpha came in, pulled the toilet and noticed that after our bathroom remodel, the toilet was not installed correctly, causing the small leak. They replaced the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet, fixing the leak for just an $89.00 service fee. Problem solved and $100's of dollars saved. I highly recommend.

We contacted Scott Peck, the owner, to ask him to fix our plumbing problem. His response was quick and he scheduled us in. He arrived on time and analyzed our problem. He did a great job in figuring out and fixing our plumbing problems that stumped others. Scott's service was quick, affordable and very polite. I definitely would recommend him!

Avoid this Dishonest Plumber. I hired him to pull out a shower and install a tub and sprayer wand. He put the sprayer wand where I cannot even reach it from the tub. It was installed in the middle of the night where Scott wanted it not where we wanted it. His tile work is crooked. Scott Peck left a cracked wall and the drywall has split. Scott refuses to honor his guarantee and we have had to hire someone else to fix the botched job. He is unprofessional and was quite rude. He asked to work at night (the middle of the night!) which is very very odd. He is an angry man. Don't bother. Also he will smoke in your home.

Honest and knowledgeable... this is my new plumber... called with a sump pump problem trying to get a same day appointment. After asking me a few question he told me what he thought the problem was (something relatively easy to fix not requiring much skill or expertise). He recommended I try that fix, before paying for someone to come out. The fix worked just like he explained. He was willing to sacrifice a couple hundred bucks today, to gain a long term customer... which he did! Don't schedule a plumber without calling alpha first... he's now the only plumber in my contacts! Thank you alpha!
