Tired at the end of the week. I noticed the plumbing was stopped up. I had company coming over, ohhhh noooo. I was referred to Alpha Plumbing & Router Service. I called; even though, they were super busy, and were booked they got over to me within a half hour. Jeff and his team had everything working in five minutes. Super: affordable, fast, friendly, efficient, and professional. They also were respectful of my neighbors and parked in the best spot possible. Lights flashing and cones. The man they sent out was a awesome, on initial visit BUT they didn't have follow thru ,and the communication with the owners was very poor and defensive to say the least. I have rarely experienced such bad behavior while trying to just get resolve to getting something fixed.

I just recently hired Alpha plumbing to complete two plumbing jobs around my house. In each situation they were able to schedule quickly, the guys showed up on time time, completed their work efficiently and left my home in great condition. Besides being skilled plumbers Michael and Wade were also really great guys to work with.

Personally I can't stand it when you hire a company and they show up late and then don't have things to actually complete the repair. That was not the case with Alpha they showed up on time and had everything they needed to complete the repairs immediately. I will definitely be calling them again.
