Alpha Plumbing answered a service call for my home warranty company. Unfortunately the two employees stole from my home. Of course I don't have cameras in my bedroom/bathroom area to prove it to the police. I thought about reporting it to the company but when reading the other one star reviews on here it seems the manager does not care about the employee's behavior. Absolutely devastated that people like that exist and take advantage of others.

I only spoke with Marina on the phone but did not have any service done. I got a message from her through my home warranty. While we tried to connect, a friend seemed to figure out the problem. I told Marina this, and she honestly said that they don't do that particular work, so it is best not to have them come out right away, try out my friend's recommendation, that she will cancel the request with the insurance company, and resubmit if I still have a problem.
She could have said that she still recommends checking whatever to make the office call money, and I would have done it. Thank you for your honesty, Marina. I appreciate you.

I just moved into my new condo and the garbage disposal wasn't working. I called my home warranty and they referred me to Alpha Plumbing. I called the next day and they set an appointment a day after! George came in and easily fixed my problem. He also provided me with great maintenance advice! He was very respectful, took his shoes off and had a great attitude! Thank you George!

This company came out as part of a warranty visit. Before coming they insisted we have a water reclamation company come out because they wouldn't access the area with the leak themselves which seemed odd. This ended up costing us 1200 just for access. They were at our house for less than 30 min said they knew what was wrong and would be in touch. Half a day later our claim is denied and both the warranty company and Alpha plumbing started pointing to the other and no one will provide us any answers. Alpha only seemed interested in providing a cash quote including a 10% discount of 90 ignoring the 100 they got to come out and take a look(apparently that would not be coming off the cash price). When you call them it's evidently a small shop and they don't even answer the phone with their company name. They said they would send us info over and over again to support our warranty appeal but never did and became frustrated we ignored their cash quote. Seems like they may just be using the warranty company to get cash claims. Ultimately we got a second quote giving up the 100 for the assessment and paid less than half of what they wanted.

There were two plumbers dispatched to my house today to fix the hot water in my guest bathroom. As they were leaving one of the plumbers grabbed my fiancée's butt. Seriously. In my home.

When I called the office manager literally laughed.

Then they tell me the owner would call me back but it was the same ""office manager"" who said that my fiancé was lying.

Do not do business with these people. No investigation. The did not talk to my fiancé. This behavior is unacceptable and the culture this company represents is disgusting.

This company was polite and professional from the very first phone call throughout the quick service appointment. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

This company is the worst! And very rude. They need zero stars. My warranty company dispatched this company to diagnose my water heater. They saw that it was leaking so immediately recommended for it to be replaced, which was covered by the warranty. They also recommended a bunch of other nonsense things needed. They wanted money for an existing strap, vent modifications, supply lines, and a shut off valve. Oh, and the pan that the water heater sits in. All are in good condition. They wanted to replace good parts and did not like being questioned. The lady taking the calls was very rude and did not want to complete the service due to me challenging there unnecessary "" modifications"". She could not explain to me why they were necessary. Speaking to other repair services, I was told that this company just wanted more money to do the job. Why deal with warranty companies if you are just going to hustle their customers out of money. Warranty users beware.

This company is a complete scam my warranty company sent them to diagnose our water heater. all they did was take pictures didn't test anything technician recommended to replace water heater that was the recommended repair he didn't explain anything els. We were told that he will send the estimate an get the approval, i questioned why can't you do it you do it now before you leave. My warranty company Approved the new water heater but this company told us there are uncovered cost we were told that we needed to pay for permits some equipment that's was brand new needed to be replace it out of code. So what they do is give u the estimated cost then someone picks your warranty apart to give you extra charges. I got second opinion an it was a complete lie, I call them to talk about it an the lady was so rude she got mad because I asked questions I told them I'll call warranty company back she hung up on me an switch my work order request to another contractor that my warranty company had no knowledge of. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMER. THEY WILL CHARGE EXTRA COST FOR PARTS YOU DONT NEED.

We just had these guys out to fix a plumbing issue for us. I would highly recommend them if you need plumbing services. They did a great job for us, were on time, explained the solution and even gave us some great tips for local resturaunts. I will keep their business card so I can call them again the next time we have issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. There's a reason there are all these bad reviews. This company is a scam and problems waiting to happen. As the same with others my warranty company dispatched this company for a water heater repair. And as the same the warranty company was willing to take care of some stuff. But for some reason alpha came up with numerous bogus things that needed to be done adding up to $1000. Come on. A new water heater isn't $1000. Good thing two other companies came out and were willing to switch out the water heater (which was under warranty) and reinstall for $475. Half the price. Customers beware. Hopefully this company isn't ripping off elderly people. Read the reviews.
