First these people did not do anything and decided to charge me for something that was never done the technician was plain lazy and the customer service was bad the lady on the phone was rude and pushy I really don't recommend this place at all save your money and call a company that will actually work and actually do some work

Angel at the office was very professional and understood the urgency. George is hard working, very knowledgeable, and professional at his job. Alpha Plumbing was selected by Choice Warranty to replace our leaky 75GL water heater. Everything from estimate, approval, and coming back to install, all falls in place in a timely manner. Other than initial diagnostic fees, there is a $785 out of pocket installation fees not covered by the home warranty.

We just had our hot water heater replace by Alpha Plumping and our experience was wonderful from start to finish...Very knowledgeable and very helpful...they worked with me to expedite my request and ensure that all of the necessary equipment was ordered, picked up and installed immediately. If it hadn't been for Angel's constant follow up and all of her assistance to keep things on track, we'd still be without service ...Top Notch 5 Star service

I first came in contact with Alpha plumbing through my home warranty insurance. I paid them the $85 service fee. my insurance approved a new water heater but wouldn't cover the hoses, valves, and sediment trap. Alpha Plumbing said they would charge $360 to replace the valves, hoses and install the sediment trap. I told them I could do it myself and that they could just install the water heater but they said no that they have to do all the work or none at all. I needed the water heater working so I agreed. When I got home I went to look at the work done and only noticed the sediment trap installed. They used the same hoses and valves and when I called them I spoke with Angel and she said that my hoses and valves were good so there was no reason to replace them. I told her that I had paid for them to get replaced and she said if I wanted them replaced I had to pay extra and I was not going to get a refund. The next day Louisa called me and said she would be giving me back only $100 and I told her I should get more back and only charged for the sediment trap. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. They charge for work not done. They used the same hoses and valves

I just had George come out to replace a leaky shutoff valve, and he did a great job. My home warranty company (landmark) chose them as a contractor, and I would happy use them again, with or without warranty.

We had Alpha Plumbing come over to help with a plugged kitchen sink drain. They sent 2 technicians (this was in Feb 2023). They supposedly found candle wax in the drain and told us that someone had superglued the drain plug and recommended we get a special service to clear out the line. We had our handyman come over, he opened the drain plug (no superglue), cleared out the drain (no wax) and we were back in business.

We just opened a call on another issue (water pressure is low), with our home warranty company and interestingly, it was dispatched to Alpha Plumbing! We have told Angel (dispatcher at Apha) to make sure we don't get the same technicians! I will post an update shortly, gotta say I am a bit worried

I recently hired Alpha plumbing and I am thrilled with their service. From start to finish they were professional, communicative and efficient. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and provided clear explanations and options. The repairs was done meticulously and the area was left clean. Pricing was fair , I highly recommend.

I had 3 issues total that the tech looked at and he didn't fix any of them and had a horrible attitude like he just wanted to pass the buck and not do any work.
One of the issues was my toilet keeps running, he said he fixed it but he didn't. It still keeps running, the exact same.
Worst customer service ever.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
