Was quoted much lower rate for new water heater install. He came and Insisted on using Bradford and White brand which was not nearly as close as Home Depot or Lowes. Since it was not as tall as the Rheem he didn't think to buy correct length of pipe so he had to make another trip. What I was told would be $1,200 turned o it to be $1,900.

Pilot went out and I took a cold shower. Called NJA's Al and the woman hung up on me. Waited a while , then called back. She said he had a small job and she'd call him to see if he could come out today, and added if not today then tomorrow. After which I asked if I could know if it's today or tomorrow. She said, ""No."" and hung up the phone.

Someone at NJA needs to learn about customer service and at least be polite. Also need to realize it's a competitive market and not soak people for all that can get.

I am very disappointed with this company, especially with Stephan balling, who came out to our home two weeks ago and spoke with my husband & myself. He told me that he would have an estimate for us the next day. Well, it's been over two weeks ago and we still have not heard anything from him. I have left over four messages, and he has not returned my calls. I got their number and recommendation from home advisor so I am going to leave a review on their site also.this is my first time leaving a review but this company is not worth your time!

Really disappointing experience with this company. Promised they would come do a minor roof repair 3 days in a row. Then they wouldn't return my call after they didn't show up the 3rd time. Can't speak to the quality of the work, but in general unprofessional and unreliable, so have to assume quality of work follows.

Plus their attitude and work ethic demonstrated the kind of integrity that makes for a devoted clientele. I had a bad experience with the last plumber I hired so I feel especially grateful to be forging a relationship with this company.

David did a great job for us. He installed a downvent evaporative cooler on our roof, and it was done well. He gave us good advice about pro-active maintenance. He took time to explain the function of the equipment and the plumbing connections. His charge was reasonable. I recommend Majestic Plumbing.
