Ron is the worst tradesman I've ever encountered. When finishing my basement he was next up after framing and he held the entire job hostage for 3 months with no urgency to do the work. When he did plumb it a pipe leaked after he was done (his brand new install. Then he installed a new sump pump and backup pump. I had him come out to diagnose why the backup failed and he looked at it and read the directions on the device and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He said he'd call the manufacturer and ""I'll be back Monday"" and I told him to just remove and replace the main and the backup, thereby handing him the job. He left and did not come back Monday and I called multiple times and nothing. Then my basement flooded and resulted in lots of damage and expense. He's an utterly HORRIBLE plumber and he knows far LESS about HVAC!! DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! I forgot: when my ball valve water supply leaked (that he put in) master bathroom he wadded up a piece of toilet paper and shoved it in there (and admitted it).

Alpha Plumbing - specifically Ron - has saved me several times. Unfortunately when a plumber is needed, time is of the essence. Ron has always been able to be available for those crisis moments. Trust worthy services from a super personal guy! Thanks again Alpha Plumbing!
