They came over to fix a broken pipe behind my shower. I was surprised how affordable it was, especially coming in right away. Even upgraded my shower knob for not much more. Would definitely use them again. A+

The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and highly incompetent. He showed up at my house hours after he was supposed to because of ""accidents in scheduling."" Within 25 minutes of being at my house ""working,"" he was on the phone taking calls. He openly said ""let me get back to this water heater"" repeatedly while talking to loads of people. His phone was silent for no more than 5-10 minutes MAX and then he'd pause and take calls. He walked outside for several of these calls.

He was all over the place and extremely distracted. I watched him on my cameras literally spin in circles in my driveway. There's absolutely no reason this dude should have been at my house, performing like this, and expecting someone to pay for his chaos and nonsense. At one point he left my house while on the phone, didn't say a word to me, came back 40 minutes later and walked in unannounced, STILL on the phone and with absolutely nothing in his hands!

When he handed me a bill for over $600 for a simple water heater install that should have taken no more than 2 hours, I said we needed to discuss the pricing. At this point he became very rude and aggressive in MY house! He swore up and down he was working and never stopped once. Let me tell you all I have cameras at my home and cameras don't lie, people do. I've got numerous clips of him leaving the house chatting, taking calls inside and out, taking calls to the bathroom where he never cleaned his hands or put the toilet seat down. This is NOT your mom's house.

When I asked why I was getting charged for his phone time he very aggressively snatched the paperwork off my dryer and charged out of the room. That's completely unacceptable behavior to a woman under ANY circumstances, let alone when you're on a job and performing a paid task for a customer!

I went downstairs a few hours later to see my laundry room flooding. The water pipe overhead was leaking and the water pipe connected to the top of the water heater was leaking. One part of my laundry room had collected 2.5"" of water by this point. My wall has 8-12"" of water absorbed into it.

I also found that he took the new install packet to my water heater and put it back in the corner of the room behind the unit. This guy also didn't even dry the floor down when he removed the previous heater, he just left it wet. He also didn't sweep up after himself, I swept up after him myself.

At one point he made himself so comfortable in my house he came up to the second level of my home unannounced and definitely unwanted. He had no need to be on the second floor of my home but he came up unannounced anyway. When I tried to meet him at the stairs to stop him he just kept coming up anyway for the sole purpose of telling me to turn a faucet on, something he did not need to come upstairs for. I do not appreciate that he did that without my consent as I barely let anyone in my home for safety purposes. At this time he also claimed that there was ""ABSOLUTELY NO WAY he could pull the water heater outside without breaking my Sump pump."" Of course it wasn't because it was too heavy for this ""big, strong, man"", but it was for my protection! Yet when he went downstairs after I told him I wanted it removed, he immediately pulled it right out the door and up the stairs. So basically he came to see if I'd let him leave without the old water heater because he didn't want to move it.

I mean this was a horrendous experience. This was so bad that I will absolutely be taking further action against this company. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it just kept getting worse. I would highly suggest people use a great deal of caution and find another servicer because this one may disrespect you in your own home, charge you for hours of phone calls and leave your house with leaking pipes. Please beware!
