I highly recommend Alpha Plumbing. I had an emergency and called Alpha, they promptly helped me over the phone and had a plumber at my house within 45 minutes. John was the plumber that came to my home and he quickly assessed the problem. He was amazing and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems or help that I might need in the future.

I had a leaky faucet where the faucet company had gone out of business, no parts were available. Despite that, Alpha Plumbing put extra effort to find alternative parts and now my faucet is working great. They even obtained extra parts so that we can use them for our other sink (in case that ones becomes leaky too).

They also fixed my shower leak. Throughout the process, the plumber's communication was great - he explained what he did, what needs to be tightened if the water leaks happen again, and what he can do next with our shower leak (if it should happen again). FYI - our upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling on the main floor. The plumber found three sources of leak. e fixed two out of three as the third one will require us to cut open the ceiling drywall. That would add a lot of extra cost and we decided to let that go for now, because after running the water for awhile, we found no leak from the shower. We are keeping our fingers crossed. :-)
