I WOULS NEVER USE THIS SEPTIC SERVICE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND OR COWORKER! I have used there services three times and the last time we had our leech pit exchanged and it was a terrible service experience, not to mention costly. The company did not communicate the start date properly, they stated it was on our contract but that was wrong information, I had no idea when the service would start until I received a call saying they could proceed earlier than the contract date. The contract date said 5/12, the office staff said it was originally scheduled for 5/28 and they came out on 5/20. When they started service they worked for 5 hours, taped off the hole in my yard and left. They didn't communicate a thing about what was happening or the next step in the process. The next day the office called and asked me to call them once the inspector came to let them know if it passed so they could schedule the back fill time. I had an appointment for car service and was not going to be home. Why would they expect the customer to do the inspectors job? I work for a living, I'm not sitting at home with nothing better to do than sit around and wait for inspectors I had no idea were even coming. Well he must have came and went without saying a word because they filled our hole in, without letting us know when they would be there. The whole time I had a check ready to pay them on my fridge, but no one came to the door and communicated anything or asked about the second half of payment. That's another thing, they make you pay for half of the service upfront. So I authorized a one time payment to use my debit card to pay for half of the cost. So after they finished I get a call from the office about payment but I'm at work so I dont get the call. I work at St. Mary's hospital, as a RN and dont get cell service. So they just go ahead and use my credit card information again without my authorization. This is wrong and maybe even illegal. I'm fortunate enough to have the money in the bank to cover the amount without it affecting my other bill's but what about other people they might do this to. They had no idea if it was a credit card or bank card. I will never go back to them or refer them to a anyone, and I work around many professionals who can afford their service. How unfortunate to lose a good customer because of such poor customer service and disregard to respecting the customer. Are they in such financial trouble they are so worried on getting paid that quickly?

We had a specific problem last night. All 3 toilets over flowing. Could not takes showers or use toliets. We have a handicap brother living with us so needed to get down like NOW.
Alpha Omega was able to come today and empty our specific. We have two homes on our property so had them do both. They did an awesome. They all were very professional. Gave us good tips on what we should do and not to do.
I would recommend to anyone.

Very nice company to deal with. I spoke with Amanda in the office a few times and she was very friendly. When the guys got out here to pump our tank they were friendly as well. We will definitely use them again when it's time to pump again!

Alpha Omega came out the same day we called which was just a few days before Thanksgiving. We were expecting extended family for the holiday when the septic system backed up. They saved the day! First by coming out so quickly and then by clearing the septic line and all for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much for the great service. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful and prompt service. I called them because of a postcard mailer they had sent out. They had serviced the property before I purchased it and had a map of the septic system. Next day service for a regular inspection and maintenance. The crews were prompt and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. They provided tips on how to better maintain my system and a copy of the map. Really quick service and would recommend them to everyone.

Great Company for Septic Services! I am a construction Project Manager servicing the High desert and have 4-5 septic Pump outs every month. I have used several companies in the past and Alpha Omega supersedes them all. They are super responsive and have very good communication.
I am very happy with their pricing and Torri in the office is very helpful and understanding. I will definitely be using them in the future

Horrible none educated lady's in the office with no experience what so ever in the acknowledgement of what they are doing These lady's had me on hold asking each other questions clueless they tried to overcharge me in expenses that weren't even needed. MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE OR YOU WILL BE HIGHLY OVERCHARGED
