Horrible none educated lady's in the office with no experience what so ever in the acknowledgement of what they are doing These lady's had me on hold asking each other questions clueless they tried to overcharge me in expenses that weren't even needed. MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE OR YOU WILL BE HIGHLY OVERCHARGED

Very impressed with Alpha Omega. Selling a house is stressful and I thought replacing my septic tank could be a huge headache. It actually ended up being really smooth and easy. Everyone I spoke to at the office was responsive, professional, and helpful. The crew worked hard and efficiently and finished the work in less than a day. The lead, Jason, answered all of my questions in the morning and when I got home from work, the yard looked great and the extra dirt was spread where I had asked. Everything came within budget and I will definitely call Alpha Omega in the future for septic needs.

This Septic Company is AWESOME!!!! I needed my leach line permit cleared with the county. Not only did they know exactly what I was talking about when I called they fit me in the next day first thing in the morning. I had no idea what size tank I owned so they gave me two possible prices. Ended up I've got a tiny tank so they charged me the smaller amount. I would have never known because I took off running when they took the lid off!! LOL. Very honest and Super nice both the receptionist and the workers. I'm planning on using them again in the future when I need a bigger tank. I would recommend them to anyone needing Septic work done.

This company has an incompetent owner and unprofessional staff. Bill (the owner) has lied about serval things including the quoted price and final price, time when job will be completed, tried to strong arm us and belittle us by calling us to stupid to understand anything, threatening to sue us if not paid in full before work has been completed (still have broken concrete in my front yard), and when calling to try to resolve the misunderstandings of the price quoted and when the work will be completed they stated all of their notes on our job has been lost but we received a notice stating we are refusing to pay.

Total unorganized and unprofessional company ran by an arrogant pile of sh*t. Contact any and all other companies before getting a quote from this company. They will lie to you to get their foot in the door and change everything once they start. Not worth the head ache.

Terrible service, they never showed up when they said would, sometimes it was days after they originally said they would be there and they never rescheduled until they were already late. The next thing We are upset about is that we were quoted a price, the work was done and then we were charged more than double what the original quote was. When we called to ask about the new price the owner Bill was extremely rude and belittling, at times asking if I was an idiot. When Joanna in the office was asked about the quoted price verse the invoice price she stated that she lost her notes. This is a flop company with absolutely no customer service or care. I would not recommend that you use this company. There a more options for septic work in the high desert area, please give ANY one of them a chance to quote your service needs before trusting Bill with your money and your home.

If I could give a negative star I would, the business ethics and horrible manners of the owner and the lady on the phone are a representation of the character of the business.
The labors who came out, I felt sorry for them. They were nice and very hard working, but the management should have their license pulled. They lied about the quotes they gave for the job. The owner talked down to us and repeated over and over that it should not be hard for us to comprehend what he was saying. He brought my sister to tears and mocked her as she cried. He should never be allowed to talk to the public. The receptionist/ lady lied... straight up lied about the quotes she gave and the Initial conversation, then said that she could not find her notes, but she said she knows that she told us the higher amount. She quoted us one price that she said she never agreed to, but our notes have all the prices noted on them.

Excellent folks! After calling one service I've used before and being told it'd be a week before they could pump out our full tank, I called Alpha and Omega. The very nice lady filled me in on what they would do and how much would cost I opted to dig out the hatches. Big mistake, after digging 1 out I was thrashed. I called back and her reply was, ""no problem, well be there in about 2 hours."" 2 hours later clean and polite gentlemen arrived and got right to work digging out the second cover, pausing ocasionally when I asked a question. They cleaned both tanks, checked the line for obstructions, and suggested a few ways to combat roots. Simply put, an excellent experience of a poopy job.

Requested service for septic tank pumping.
When they arrived I was told that I don't need septic pumping and only needed a Rooter Service and that the septic tank was still fine for atleast another 2 years.
In which I was relieved that I now didn't have to pay as much and was greatful that they actually checked to see what the main issue was.
At the end they told me that the Rooter Service as well as the septic pumping service was done after the fact they told me already that it was not needed.
I was then of course furious because I was told one of the services were not necessary but I was still getting charged for both. I am already in a tight position financially to just have extra services that I am not able to afford to just be added on.
I feel like they just automatically did the service that they already stated wasn't needed just for more money.
I will NOT be using this company again.
I'm happy that my plumbing issue is resolved but I am very disappointed and upset in the way they conducted their business.

Not necessarily happy about the need to have my septic system replaced but I am happy to know there are still people that do their job cheerfully and competently.

If my memory serves I've dealt with 10-12 AO employees since '14. Everybody from the office staff to the service guys have been a pleasure.

Unfortunately my backyard became a disaster zone in the process but the guys went above/beyond to leave everything better than when they arrived.

Honest and know what they are doing. Guys came out, quickly found the tank, dug it up and pumped. Explained things to me and even fixed my lid so I wouldn't have future problems. Thank you guys !
