Just had the owner of the company, Bill, here to give me an estimate on replacing my septic. He's the only estimator and it didn't take more than 2 minutes for him to insult me because I was explaining what his staff told me when I had my tanks pumped a few weeks earlier. Saying ""You know best, you're the plumber"". To which I replied ""OK thanks anyways but I don't need your service then"". He then said ""it's people like me that give him gray hair"". Called me a ""SUNT""?! As he walked off saying ""See you next Tuesday. Think about what those initials stand for"". Spelling wasn't his strongest suit obviously. I even have that part on video as you can see the still shot of him walking off my property towards his white pickup truck.

He doesn't need the work, nor does he deserve it. His staff are extremely pleasant including the ladies at the front (Alma, Megan, Cynthia and the crew) but this business needs to rot if Bill is part of it.

People like this think just because they have money they can treat others however they want. Don't spend your money with Bill, find another company and give them your money instead. A truly bad person in my honest opinion.

We wanted to get our septic pumped. Not only do they have very affordable and reasonable prices, the office team is very courteous and nice when you call. They answer all your questions. The septic professionals that came out really know their stuff! On time, and just great! They did an awesome job!

I've been using Alpha Omega to clean out my septic tank for the past 9 years plus. On the most recent empty out, Alpha Omega informed me that my septic tank would need to be replaced soon. It was deteriorating and the division wall within the tank was starting to fail. I decided to inquire about changing out the tank. The price quote I received from Alpha Omega was slightly under $5k.

I decided to shop around and call a few other septic companies in the area. To my surprise they were a little higher priced than Alpha Omega, but not by much. Being that I was familiar with Alpha Omega I decided to stick with them. Their schedule was about a month out.

When they finally came to do the work, I received the fateful news that my leach lines were corroded and needed to be replaced right away. The only problem was that the city of Apple Valley no longer allowed leach lines to be set in place. Instead I had to get a seepage pit, and it was going to cost an additional $2k. At this point there was no turning back so I agreed to get it installed.

The entire install only took a few days once that little kink was worked out. Then it took about another day or so to get the permit sign-off from the city of Apple Valley without any issues. The entire project out the door was $6 shy off $7,500. When I talked to friends and relatives it seemed as though it's the average cost of what a new system would cost.

The only minor complaint was that the two clean-outs were sticking about 6"" above ground. One of the clean-out wasn't an issue because it was next to a planter, but the other clean-out needed to be cut down slightly. I called Alpha Omega and voiced my concern, so they came out the very next day and cut it down to where no one can trip over it.

Overall I was very pleased with the efficiency from Alpha Omega and it would recommend them to my friends and family.

Where do I start? Alpha Omega started with me when a business that I had bought used them for their septic tanks. Shortly after, I added all 3 of my businesses grease traps to their regular responsibility. They had always done a great job, but when a different company quoted a repair for an underground pipe break, I asked Bill from Alpha Omega to quote the identical job and his bid was almost half the other guys.

Needless to say, they did that job for me and finished quicker than they even quoted. And to top if off most recently, Bill and company took care of a complicated plumbing problem I had at my house. As good and trustworthy as they come in my opinion. He takes care of all my plumbing issues at all three of my Gator's Sports Bars!

We were so glad we called AOPS. We originally called them out to service our septic system. Their price was reasonable. During the septic service, the technician noticed that our seepage pit had partially collapsed and was needing repair immediately. Bill from AOPS contacted us and quoted us a great price to build a new seepage pit. They had the job completed in 3 days. Would highly recommend them for your septic and plumbing needs.

We were due for a new leach line and had it scheduled for December 31. On the 22nd we received a call, ""We would like to give you a early Christmas present and can be there tomorrow morning, December 23rd.
Awesome crew shows at 7:30, on time!! A few hours later, after tunneling under a dunce and concrete pad, we had a brand new leach field with a yard that was left better than before the project. Today I received a PDF of the project layout!!
Hands down best service, best communication and seriously worth every penny of their affordable price.
Thanks to the whole crew!!

Very pleased with this company . We called for service due to a leak discovered in the front yard of my elderly parents' home.
Alpha Omega provided a reasonable, fair quote to pump the septic, arrived on time for the appointment, and fixed an irrigation leak they said was the cause of the water seepage.
We appreciated the customer service call from the office informing us the septic tank was larger than what they previously quoted so the price would be a bit higher.
They did a great job cleaning up after digging a big hole and even pulled some weeds in the area.
Thank you for the professionalism and superb customer service.

They were great! They showed up within the hour of me calling, the guys were very helpful and professional and informative. They got it all done in a timely manner and left it just how they found it. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the girls in the office who set up my service were friendly and very nice about answering any questions. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I WOULS NEVER USE THIS SEPTIC SERVICE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND OR COWORKER! I have used there services three times and the last time we had our leech pit exchanged and it was a terrible service experience, not to mention costly. The company did not communicate the start date properly, they stated it was on our contract but that was wrong information, I had no idea when the service would start until I received a call saying they could proceed earlier than the contract date. The contract date said 5/12, the office staff said it was originally scheduled for 5/28 and they came out on 5/20. When they started service they worked for 5 hours, taped off the hole in my yard and left. They didn't communicate a thing about what was happening or the next step in the process. The next day the office called and asked me to call them once the inspector came to let them know if it passed so they could schedule the back fill time. I had an appointment for car service and was not going to be home. Why would they expect the customer to do the inspectors job? I work for a living, I'm not sitting at home with nothing better to do than sit around and wait for inspectors I had no idea were even coming. Well he must have came and went without saying a word because they filled our hole in, without letting us know when they would be there. The whole time I had a check ready to pay them on my fridge, but no one came to the door and communicated anything or asked about the second half of payment. That's another thing, they make you pay for half of the service upfront. So I authorized a one time payment to use my debit card to pay for half of the cost. So after they finished I get a call from the office about payment but I'm at work so I dont get the call. I work at St. Mary's hospital, as a RN and dont get cell service. So they just go ahead and use my credit card information again without my authorization. This is wrong and maybe even illegal. I'm fortunate enough to have the money in the bank to cover the amount without it affecting my other bill's but what about other people they might do this to. They had no idea if it was a credit card or bank card. I will never go back to them or refer them to a anyone, and I work around many professionals who can afford their service. How unfortunate to lose a good customer because of such poor customer service and disregard to respecting the customer. Are they in such financial trouble they are so worried on getting paid that quickly?
