Not necessarily happy about the need to have my septic system replaced but I am happy to know there are still people that do their job cheerfully and competently.

If my memory serves I've dealt with 10-12 AO employees since '14. Everybody from the office staff to the service guys have been a pleasure.

Unfortunately my backyard became a disaster zone in the process but the guys went above/beyond to leave everything better than when they arrived.

Honest and know what they are doing. Guys came out, quickly found the tank, dug it up and pumped. Explained things to me and even fixed my lid so I wouldn't have future problems. Thank you guys !

I am very impressed with the timely service. When they say they are on the way, you'd better open the gate because they will be there soon!!! Friendly fellas, work hard and do a great job. They smoothed out the dirt and left the area looking great after installing the new septic tank! I will definitely recommend them to others and call again if I ever need them!!

Alpha Omega plumbing & Septic are very well respected for our property(s) and we will only contact Bill for any future work or referrals.
They saved us from a swindling/ripoff competing plumbing/septic company. The competing company knew that we are out of area property owners and were charging us $5,800 for a septic evaluation & repair. Fortunate for us Alpha Omega was sub-contracted by the Swindling company for septic tank pumping during this evaluation. We contacted Alpha for a second opinion and learned of this.
Alpha stated the septic system was in great functioning condition and no work was needed to be done. They also certified the system. They charged us $340 for a great functioning system. We almost were scammed for $5,800.
Thank you Bill with Alpha Omega for your professionalism, honesty and diligence. You have us shouting great things about you.

Over and above what i expected. They did what they said they would do. Excellent service at a great price. I requested a price online thru yelp and the responded within 10 minutes. They told me they would be here Monday am and they were here Monday am. They Called to let me know they were on the way. all of the guys were knowledgeable and professional.

I have been using this company for many years, and thats simply because they provide a quality service, for a fair price. Recently, I had a drainage problem in my kitchen, they sent Daniel, and Eddie, and they went above, and beyond what was expected. Daniel kept me informed every step of the process, and made me very comfortable with what he was trying to accomplish. His assistant Eddie, was right by his side, and the job was completed within their estimated time frame. My drains have never sounded this good, so if you want a superior plumbing service, make sure you give them a call.

We had a septic tank and leach line put in today Monday/ October/17 / 2016 Alpha Omega septic pumping is so amazing, the Job they did high quality, they did a good job and it did not take long for them to do it.
The men that came out where so awesome, so incredibly nice, such hard working men, my yard looks amazing . Such a good price, I have recommended them to a neighbor that need septic Work done .
I cannot praise them enough the work was so will done.
If there where more stars to give I would give them.
If you need septic, or plumbing help they are the one you need, please trust in this, they are amazing.

These guys are the best at what they do. We had a cabin in Wrightwood and needed a new septic tank, but didn't know where it was!! They found it and gave us the best bid. We talked with Bill who came out and we discussed the new location for the tank as well as the two 60 foot leech lines. The new location was in the back yard in a hilly and rocky area. When we came up on the last day to watch them finish, everything was as we asked to be done and looked very professionally done. There were still HUGE mounds of dirt, dg, and rock to be moved to fill in the crevasses from the leech lines (12 feet down!), the tank, and new inlet line.
The back yard was not like it was before because of all the excavation, but the crew worked hard for 12 hours to finish the job that day and were sooooo helpful in putting the railroad tie steps back in and moving a few hundred big rocks to reform the 2 foot retaining wall that went across the yard. No matter what we asked or when we asked it, the crew was quick and happy to accommodate. When it was finished, it looked as close to as it was before than I thought it would since basically the whole yard was dug up. If you need ANY work done, look no further. This is the company that is not happy until you are completely satisfied.We can't thank them enough!!!

TOTAL ripoff. Incompetent. Quoted low price at first, then asked for 500 more after NOT finishing the septic service and leaving a pile of dirt and a hole in the front yard. We were selling our house and needed this done. We've had it done previous by a knowledgeable, company for a very reasonable price. THESE people are NOT to be trusted.
