I have been using this company for many years, and thats simply because they provide a quality service, for a fair price. Recently, I had a drainage problem in my kitchen, they sent Daniel, and Eddie, and they went above, and beyond what was expected. Daniel kept me informed every step of the process, and made me very comfortable with what he was trying to accomplish. His assistant Eddie, was right by his side, and the job was completed within their estimated time frame. My drains have never sounded this good, so if you want a superior plumbing service, make sure you give them a call.

The people who work and own here are amazing and trustworthy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Never had a problem and a lot of the stuff we asked them to fix was a lot of work. They worked their hearts out. Trust and choose them.

We had a septic tank and leach line put in today Monday/ October/17 / 2016 Alpha Omega septic pumping is so amazing, the Job they did high quality, they did a good job and it did not take long for them to do it.
The men that came out where so awesome, so incredibly nice, such hard working men, my yard looks amazing . Such a good price, I have recommended them to a neighbor that need septic Work done .
I cannot praise them enough the work was so will done.
If there where more stars to give I would give them.
If you need septic, or plumbing help they are the one you need, please trust in this, they are amazing.

These guys are the best at what they do. We had a cabin in Wrightwood and needed a new septic tank, but didn't know where it was!! They found it and gave us the best bid. We talked with Bill who came out and we discussed the new location for the tank as well as the two 60 foot leech lines. The new location was in the back yard in a hilly and rocky area. When we came up on the last day to watch them finish, everything was as we asked to be done and looked very professionally done. There were still HUGE mounds of dirt, dg, and rock to be moved to fill in the crevasses from the leech lines (12 feet down!), the tank, and new inlet line.
The back yard was not like it was before because of all the excavation, but the crew worked hard for 12 hours to finish the job that day and were sooooo helpful in putting the railroad tie steps back in and moving a few hundred big rocks to reform the 2 foot retaining wall that went across the yard. No matter what we asked or when we asked it, the crew was quick and happy to accommodate. When it was finished, it looked as close to as it was before than I thought it would since basically the whole yard was dug up. If you need ANY work done, look no further. This is the company that is not happy until you are completely satisfied.We can't thank them enough!!!

TOTAL ripoff. Incompetent. Quoted low price at first, then asked for 500 more after NOT finishing the septic service and leaving a pile of dirt and a hole in the front yard. We were selling our house and needed this done. We've had it done previous by a knowledgeable, company for a very reasonable price. THESE people are NOT to be trusted.

I was selling a rental home and agreed as the seller to pay for septic inspection and cert. I called to set up a septic inspection with this company and the customer service by phone and ability to get a quick appointment were both good. However, they called me late in the day after being at the property and said they had certified the existing septic but that there was a 2nd tank on the property that had never been properly abandoned. This was odd because we have had the septic pumped twice in the past 8 years by other companies and there was never any mention. They then told me they had already dug up the 2nd one, it was a hazard and would need to fix it before they were willing to give me cert on the 1st. I had already paid about $450 and they then told me it would be another $825 to properly abandon the other one. At that point, I had no choice because I needed the cert to close and they already dug up the other one. We finally got the cert but ended up paying 3 times the initial amount and felt like we had our hands tied anyways because they started the work and then told us afterwards. I am all for doing the job right and proper as long as their is communication prior to job. I feel like they thought it was no big deal because the money would come out of escrow but we were paying it out of our own pocket, while carrying two mortgages, prior to closing. Would not use again.

Do not use this company!!! I repeat, do not use this company. Bill (the owner) is totally unprofessional. Rather than satisfy the customer after receiving $500 for a plumbing issue not resolved, he suggested that I call another company to avoid him stress. ATAB (Ain't that a Blimp). Enough said. If you use Alpha Omega Septic Services, you're on you own!!!

Called this company when my neighbor was having trouble with plumbing and was using another company which will not be named. The other company were no shows with bad customer services. I called Alphaomega and they were very empathetic to her situation and came out the same day and for a more competitive price. They were courteous and professional. I told the lady on the phone I write reviews and so here I am. I needed my own Septic system emptied two months later as I anticipated and naturally I called these fine folks. They are the best. I recommend this company.

They came within 3 hours of me calling. Very competitive, informative and professional. I was out there saving some money and dug out dirt in freezing temperatures to expose the lids. Let me tell you I was there the whole time outside in the cold watching what they do and it's a dirty job. I give these technicians respect for their work they do. Will definitely recommend and use their services in the future as needed.

Worst experience. Price quoted over the phone and after work is completed is different. Withheld certification for more money. Do not recommend.
