We have used Alpha-Omega for many years for small plumbing issues. They always did an excellent job with prices that were very fair.
When we had a serious problem we called and Mark came out to diagnose the problem. He was very accurate and thorough. He explained the problem and the process in great detail.
John and Larry were scheduled to come do the work and they were wonderful!! It was a long and difficult job. They were thoughtful, respectful of our home and always told us what was coming next.
I highly recommend Alpha-Omega for every level of plumbing work.

These guys are the ones I always call if something needs repaired. We needed a new toilet installed and they got here quickly, got the job done in half an hour, clean and efficient. The men were knowledgeable, professional, and we felt very comfortable leaving them to it. Fair pricing, too. Can't go wrong.

Do not use them. We had a valve break in our shower, causing a serious leak. Called this service to fix it. The guy showed up way later than estimated, didn't seem to know what he was doing, and then hesaid he was going to his truck to get tools. He just LEFT without saying anything, then left us a voicemail saying he was allergic to cats and couldn't be in our house! This would be something that should have been asked about before dispatching that particular plumber, and he should not have left without at least saying something! Completely rude, and terrible customer service. He fixed nothing, so they did not charge us, but that's about all the good I can say about them.

Horrible customer service. Got a hot water heater from them that another plumber said they couldn't believe they put in this house (size). Now we have to get another brand new water heater from elsewhere since they would not come back out to look at it, after rescheduling with me multiple times.

Fair pricing and honest. I have been using Alpha-Omega in Kingwood for years with zero issues. They have unclogged sinks, replaced water heaters and performed plumbing activities associated with a kitchen and bath remodel.

They are usually busy, but worth the wait.

We had an air conditioning leak, and Doug the owner, came out on a Saturday to fix it. Even though he could do the repair very quickly, he spent a couple hours here to make sure the job was done correctly to avoid future issues. What a great guy! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a plumber who cares. Where can you find a contractor willing to spend hours in a 100 plus degree attic and just get charged for the initial problem!
