Very satisfied with the work provided with fixing my leaking bathtub drain. Dispatcher provided a call for the next day, and the technician John showed on time. Our building needed an urgent (2) water heater replacement. Alpha Omega was chosen to facilitate this process, and they were able to accommodate us over a two-day period. Neil was the lead person and explained the scope of work in such a clear and detailed manner that was very understandable. The entire staff was great.
They were very efficient and worked cohesively as a team until the job was completed. The upgraded heaters were installed within the timeline provided restoring hot water to the building by 5:00pm. They tested and reinspected all of their work to ensure 100% accuracy and providing an update before leaving. The quality, value, efficiency and professionalism of this company, their staff is evident and appreciated. This company was honest throughout the entire process and rates very fair. Definitely recommend Alpha Omega without hesitation!

Not your average company. Beau and Jamie the owners are able to carefully weed through the drama and get to the bottom of bad plumbing with sheer pleasantness! I asked them a million question about a clogged shower drain, parts and how to get it fixed. They were patient and were able to set me up for success. Plus they told me the best toilet to buy.
