I had to replace my tankless water heater up in the attic and install a new one. I contacted multiple plumbers and Frank's quote was the best! He showed up right on time and installed it in about 2 hours. I asked him to install a remote control so that we don't have to climb up the attic and he did that at the same price. He even brought in an electrician to make sure that everything is code compliance. Frank is a real professional and can be trusted 100%! Thank you Frank!

My AO Smith water heater was not working on Saturday evening (Mar 23, 2019). I called AOS's customer service in the morning of Sunday. After listening the issue I got, AOS's representative emailed the list of some service providers in my local (San Jose, CA). I called Alpha Omega Plumbing because it works on Sunday. Frank (owner) asked me my address, then he showed up in front of my house in 30 minutes later. Professionally, Frank recognized the issue of my heater: its burner's broken. A brand new burner was already in his truck for replacement. My heater was back to work after less than 30 minutes.
I paid nothing for labor and replaced part.
I am confident to recommend you to contact Frank of Alpha Omega Plumbing if you have any issue with the water heater.

Like some others here, I was given Alpha Omega Plumbing as the service provider to fix a water heater under an A.O. Smith recall. I called them 4 times over two weeks, left my contact information each time and I never received a call back.

I can understand being buried due to the recall. But in that case put on the voice mail that ""if one is calling due to the recent recall, we can no longer accept the work as we are backed up..."" It would have saved me weeks of waiting.

We are impressed by Frank and Mike professional work. I left a message to Frank about 1pm, thinking might need to call him again next morning, yet he reached out to me around 9pm and sorted out everything and come right next day. When he and Mike came today, they promptly fix broken water heater in 15 minutes. Very responsive, and efficiently. Highly recommend. We'll definitely call them next time.

If I could give a zero star, I would. After being referred to them by the A.O. Smith recall customer service team, I called multiple times and left messages. There was no call back, nothing. I understand that they are overwhelmed by the volume of service calls. Yet, what they could do is to let people know that they aren't able to take the call. Just a simple ""We are sorry but we can't help you"" would be nice so I don't have to keep on waiting. I could just move on to call the next plumber. It's a common courtesy!

I have a bad A.O smith water heater burner that I needed to get changed out. A.O smith sent me a replacement burner and I was told to to contact Alpha Omega Plumbing. I Have been calling for the passed 3 days going on 4th and no response. Every time I called I was just forwarded to voice mail and I left a message every time. The least they can do is answer the phone a let people know that your booked so we could start looking for a different service provider.

We purchased a faulty water heater from Lowe's. Lowe's gave us three plumbers to contact. We contact Alpha Omega multiple times with no return phone call. I finally had Frank answer the phone. He asked me to send him a text with our address. I sent two texts and received no response. We contact the third plumber that Lowe's recommended, SPS Plumbing and had someone come promptly and fix the issue. I do NOT recommend Alpha Omega Plumbing.

My water heater's burner had problem, so AO Smith's customer service sent me a new one and requested me to contact this approved service provider to replace my old burner with the new one.

The owner of Alpha Omega Plumbing, Frank, came to my house on the same day I called, and finished replacing within 15 minutes. Frank was professional and provided good service. I appreciate his work.
