Hope others had as good an experience, because Alpha Omega has been excellent for us twice now.

We couldn't get the pilot light on following instructions. So a different plumber () came out and ""tried"" starting the pilot for 5 seconds not following the directions and then told us we needed a new heater for about $3500.
Those other plumbers charged us $227 just to look at it and tell us that.

I then contacted Frank at Alpha Omega, who knows Whirlpool heaters. He came and looked at it and just hit a simple reset both I and the other plumbers overlooked. Frank didn't even ask for money, but we paid him anyway. How could anyone not give this man money?

By the way, the first time he saved our heater, he actually had the manufacturer parts on hand and fixed it right away--no waiting.

Our AO Smith water heater needed its burner unit replaced. The part was under warranty, but labor was not. AO Smith provided Alpha Omega Plumbing as my local authorized company.

A quick call to Alpha Omega connected me to Frank, who had the required parts, gave me a fixed price for labor, and said he would come by within an hour.

As promised, he came by promptly. Frank was very familiar in removing the old parts and installing the new ones. It was clear from watching him that he had worked on AO Smith water heaters before this. The water heater was running in about 30 minutes after he arrived.

I am very happy with Alpha Omega and will use them for all future water heater issues.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom. It was still under warranty. I called a couple of plumbing companies that were authorized by the water heater vendor (AO Smith). Frank from Alpha Omega Plumbing responded immediately and replaced the heater with a new one. I was only charged for labor. He is very efficient. I would call him for any future plumbing work at my home.

He is extremely responsive, he is extremely knowledgeable, he is extremely professional, he is extremely thorough, & he is also funny.

We had a faulty hot water heater, then found out we were on a recall list with A.O.Smith.

When Frank pulled up to my house and got out of his truck I was fooled by the luck thinking that some top executive or CIA or James Bond person was getting out of a pristinely kept 1 ton pick up truck. He not only got right to the problem, not only switched out all the defective parts not only taped everything and tightened everything but he decided to flush out the water heater which had extreme calcium build up which had nothing to do with the problem/recall.

He did so much more than I could ever expect someone driving 35 minutes on a Sunday morning would ever do. He even cleaned up before he left.

Super fast - not 1 ounce of laziness - just wholehearted service!!!!!

I will happily and enthusiastically and strongly recommend Alpha Omega to anyone in need of a Plumber.

I had the same problem as Eugene( 4-24-14). When the burner came on my 1 1/2 AO Smith 40 gal. water heater a loud foghorn would sound for 20 seconds, super loud. Also when the dishwasher, washing machine, and shower would run the foghorn would go off...loud..
So I called AO Smith and they gave me the number to Alpha Omega Plumbing which was close to my house. Frank responded after I called him that morning. Showed up in the afternoon and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Gave him the AO Smith invoice voucher and that was it. So far, 1 week later, no more foghorn. The problem has to do with some type of manufacturing problem in the burner unit, a bracket of some sort...anyways happy with Franks work.

Alpha Omega responded immediately to a water heater issue at my house. My AO Smith water heater had a crack in the combustion unit and was covered under a recall. Frank came out and handled this fix within 10 minutes. After asked him to check my bathroom for a rattling pipe and he fixed this free of charge in about 10 seconds. Thanks Frank and Alpha Omega! Highly recommended.
