Charles is honest and really respects my time. Mine is a very different project than other people's. If he does not feel comfortable in doing certain things, he was upfront with me. He always made sure he kept me posted when he was coming. What a sharp contrast with another plumber who left me in the dark for three hours without letting me know why he did not show up. Charles also charge a fair price for the project. I highly recommend him.
