I have used Terry 3 times two of which were fairly large jobs. He did full kitchen and bathroom remodels. I will continue to call on Terry in the future. He does great work, is very knowledgeable, professional and all at a reasonable price. I can't say enough and highly recommend Alpha Omega.

Got a recomendation from friend. Called them and they came over the next day. They told me the job was going to be about $1200. I said Ok and they knocked it out the same day in about 7 hours. When I got home they handed me a bill for over $1600. I didn't argue and handed them my visa card. He then informed me it was cash or check only. This would have been a good thing to know BEFORE the job started. I reallly started getting pissed when I took a look at the work. They spliced together 3 different sections of copper for a 2 foot run for my shower....on both sides. They spaced the toilet 10 3/4"" away from the wall and not center. I had to buy a special adaptor to make my toilet fit. When I went to connect the bath drain, they only left me about 2"" of pipe from the T. I was forced to redo most of the work myself. On top of numerous other blunders, they took all the old copper. I called to talk about the bill, he told me to knock $100 off the bill. Gee thanks. Crooks.
