Came out to our home multiple times. The first plumber cut multiple holes in our wall. Spent over 4 hours in our home with nothing wrong. Then a ""lead"" plumber came out. Was there for 10 min figured out the pressure gauge had broken and fixed the issue. Also informed us that ""they were taking bets on what this old man couldn't figure out"". This is NOT the way to take care of someone else's home. This should have been fixed properly on the 1st visit. Not after 4 visits and holes cut in the wall that were then in turn totally improperly repaired

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. They helped us completely replace our heating system. They changed our heating system from oil to natural gas, replaced all our ducting top/bottom and installed central a/c. From beginning to end the process was spot on. Their technicians were professional on all levels from communication to performance. I love love love these guys. Their prices were competitive. They communicated their plan and schedule well and showed up when promised. They were always professional on all levels and were fantastic with covid protocols, keeping both technicians and our family safe.

Our house has never held even temperatures from room to room. There has always been a huge discrepancy. As we are encountering some cold spells, I am ecstatic that all rooms are the same temp!! I am excited for summer but I am sure it will be the same experience...

My apartment complex had my plumbing upgraded.
The two men who worked on my plumbing were Great.
Mike and his brother or brother in law worked on my bathroom and main water value in my apartment.
Mike's brother or brother in law did the job, with Milk's help, and they both did it, Correctly , and now I have a Great bathtub fixture.

Terrible customer service could not honor their appointment with me 2 times in a row. First time could have been a mistake on anybody's end but twice? Cmon now I had to take time off of work both times to meet them at my house and they never showed up

Really, really great service! It didn't start off 100%, but it ended at 150%. The office was so helpful despite being low on personnel, and they worked hard to get someone out to us on the day we were scheduled. Korey is so knowledgable and helpful. He was very willing to share his knowledge with us, took time to make sure all of our questions were answered despite the late hour, and he even detected something on our system that is not working properly. We would have never known and we're super grateful for his experience. Finding Alpha Omega was by chance because we had a no-show from another company. I'm really happy the other guys didn't show up for their appointment, because we would have never found this awesome company.

I recently ask for a quote from Alpha Omega Mechanical to install a gas line to my kitchen. The owner Bill was great, he provided a clear, straight forward quote for the work. He kept me informed of his work schedule and worked was completed as scheduled. There were no surprises when I was billed. His staff made every attempt to keep the house floor clean as they were under the house part of the time. After his staff left I had a question about how my new gas stove would fit in where the electric stove had been, Bill was very patient with me, explaining how the new unit fit in. When my pilot light on the water heater went out the next day he sent staff over to relight it. All around my experience with Alpha Omega was excellent.

Contacted this company regarding an estimate for an issue I'm having getting heat to different bedrooms. Bill was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

We scheduled a time for someone to come over and look at my problem and I requested the time off from work to be home. Well, nobody showed up for the appointment, nobody called with an explanation or a heads up that they weren't coming, and I'm back to square one. Very poor service. If you have limited free time and appreciate people that respect that, look elsewhere.

Our 12 year old Honeywell thermostat went out just before a cold snap. We called several HVAC companies but none could get here for days. Alpha Omega said they would fit us in after hours which was really nice. Our technician was Gabriel. He called us throughout the day keeping is abreast of his timeline.
Gabriel arrived at 6:00 PM and replaced our thermostat quickly. We'd definitely call Alpha Omega again.
