Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

The service was quick and phenomenal. Sam was awesome . He was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing . I recommend this company to anyone who needs service with heating and cooling system .

Worst service ever. The tech charged me a $150 diagnostic fee on Saturday, then came back on Monday morning to change the vent damper, which took him 5 minutes. He didnt clean the burner, I pointed out the flames were yellow, when they are supposed to be blue, he said that is normal.  He charged me an additional $650 for part and labor. The part costs around $100-150. You are no longer welcomed in my home, this should be considered stealing. $500 for labor that took literally 5 minutes and no other maintenance to my furnace. Nobody should use this company if you dont want to be ripped off. NOBODY.

Just a heads up for you folks in need of quality service:

Called in to braze a joint.
Upon arrival and without even inspecting the connection he said it was going to be way over $1000 for the job.
Without many other options due to this being the middle of the summer; I said go ahead!

45 min in, and the was still brazing the joint; I look at it and the had melted the joint all the way into the condenser. He gave up on the job, saying the only option was to replace the entire outdoor unit.
He still charged $200 dollars claiming he was working during premium hours and used a great amount of rods, even though he did not fix it and made it worst by melting the pipes.

He'll charge you a premium rate for as many corners as he can cut after the agreement. He""ll use existing old parts and not install recomended parts to save ""himself"" time and $. If you question anything he does he will ""have a fit"". He will get the job done as fast as possible so he can ""get in and get out"". Once he says the job, he'll some other rude guy come and inspect it. When you pay him, don't ever expect him to see him again. We had an issue 7 months after and reached out to him. He gave some BS excuse that he couldn't make it, then blocked our number. Do yourself a favor and pass.

I can't say enough about this company. My AC unit wasn't working during the first heatwave of the summer. It was a Saturday and I had called about 6 other companies. No one would come out that day for under $350 and that didn't even include actually looking at the AC unit. The earliest appointment I could get was Tuesday. I eventually went on Home Advisor and Alpha Omega called me within a few minutes. They showed up within a few hours and within 45 minutes my AC was working again and I ended up paying less than what the other companies were looking for just to show up. I was so impressed. They have a new customer for life and I've already recommended them to my friends and family. Great customer service!!

Never showed up for appointment. A simple gas boiler cleanup. I called Sam after 1/2 hour late. He returned my call explaining he couldn't do job. RUDE! Doesn't deserve the one star sorry. Called Aspinwall Plumbing were here within 2 hours to service.

Sam was very impolite and overcharged us, $390.00 for replacing ingnitor(which he spent less than 10 minutes replacing) in our gas furnace and gave us 3 months warranty. He really has taken advantage of our ignorance about this situation and I think this is a big scam that no one should go through. The ignition kit he used after we looked it up, cost only $19.49 (SSN2000 SILICONE NITRIDE UNIVERSAL IGNITER KIT) from Supco. So this man charged $370.00 for labor, less than 10 minutes job, wow!!!!!!

He responded first from home advisor by calling us and gave us a choice to come in last night or next morning. We asked for the night because the house was cold, thinking maybe he could reignite it without needing the parts as we said to him.

He came in last night and immediately got to know it was the ignitor which needed replacement, this was less than 5 minute troubleshooting. We already suspected that was the problem anyway, but did not know how to replace it. Even though it was said to be replaced very easily, we wanted a profesional to do it.

He told us our price for the night was $150.00, just for coming. We told him he did not make that known to us. He rudly threw the ignitor he has removed on the floor.

He was very rude and impolite, but my husband tried to calm him down and said it's ok we should let him go ahead and replace it the next morning since he needed the part. He came this morning to replace it at 9am, in less than 10 minute he was done.

Please watch out and make sure Sam specify his after hours charges to you. I do not think he should have the ability to leave us with the only two choices of fix it or pay $150.00 without fixing, without explaining any emergency charges to us prior to coming.

I hope he take note of this and correct himself and work proffesionally and not dwell on peoples ingorance and make money!

Will never, never, never hire him again!!!!

Highly recommend Sam at Omega plumbing. My hot water heater sprung a huge leak and flooded the basement. I spoke to Sam and he was available within an hour. He arrived right on time and was very professional and courteous. He replaced the water heater and disposed of the old one. Pricing was very reasonable especially for an emergency call.
