Reached Scott, explained the situation and Scott was kind enough to spend a few minutes explaining what I might want to do as a DIYer. I appreciate his willingness to spend time explaining what tools to use, how to use them and even sent me links to the tools! I ended up having Scott come by and glad I did -- the amount of time to get the tools and professional result was something I probably would have struggled needlessly with. High recommendation
Cameron S.I called for an issue with my sump pump smelling. Scott was quick to respond, gave a time frame that was accurate, and was thorough with the evaluation. I know next to nothing about sump pumps, but I'm confident in what he told me about what's going on and that he is honest in his work. He put on shoe booties to keep my home clean, which I appreciated. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need and I will call Scott again if I have any further plumbing needs.
