Was very timely in responding, gave us a fair quote very quickly, and then exceeded all expectations with excellent work on all our windows, exterior stairs, patios and decks. They cleaned adjacent areas we hadn't even bargained for. They worked around our busy family, moved outdoor furniture and various items that were in the way (then moved them all back) and left everything sparkling clean. I was busy chatting with some people who had walked in and he patiently waited until I was done speaking with them. Within 24 hours of this meeting, the entire sidewalk in front of my store was free of gum and graffiti (it's a lot of sidewalk)! In addition to the sidewalk, he pressure washed a bit of our walls and windows, which made a huge difference.
