It was excellent doing business with Alon. Alon was extremely responsive to all my questions. He worked directly with my insurance company to get all the work approved for payment. Once approved, he and his crew came in and did a fantastic job making my dining room as good a new. Everything was perfectly cleaned up when they left. Alon also followed up with me to make sure everything was to my liking. Thanks very much Alon!!!

Unfortunately my experience with Alon and his team was not great! I am not saying don't hire them but beware. He apparently does not guarantee his work. Integrity doesn't appear to be in their vocabulary but dishonesty and greed seem to be. He came to my home initially for a bathroom remodel because our toilet backed up. I assumed he was sent by my insurance company. Alon and I discussed other projects I wanted done which included a HVAC, new attic insulation with rodent proofing and dishwasher/garbage disposal installation. I decided to hire Alpha Builders because I could finance through a company they were affiliated with. Once Alon knew how much I was approved for he immediately drew up a contract for that exact amount and withdrew all the funds before any work was performed. I noticed the contract didn't state ""rodent proofing"" the attic. Alon assured me it was included. He said they would patch up all the holes. There were several issues that I had to beg to get resolved. Unfortunately, it took 8 months to notice there was a hole outside, which was made by Alon's team while installing the HVAC system, leading to the attic. This should have been patched when the insulation was installed. I took a picture and contacted Alon. He of course denied ""rodent proofing "" being part of our agreement. He told me I should have read the scope of work better. $5000 for rodent proofing and new insulation down the drain because the mice found the hole they left. He reluctantly fixed it and said he was doing me a favor. Thank God they were too greedy to do my bathroom. Alon said he wouldn't make enough money. Saved me a headache and probably would have been the worst mistake of my life!

After a water leak in my home I found myself in need of help with major repairs. A friend of mine recommended Alpha Builders and Remodeling, and I'll say I'm so glad I called! Alon, the business owner, provided the help and guidance I needed from a profesional. Dealing with the insurance can be quite a drag and Alon helped alleviate the stress by working with my insurance directly and for that I can't thank him enough! His entire team was very profesional and efficient and did an amazing job with all of the home repairs. Everything truly looks beautiful!

Alpha builders performed the repair of my elderly father's house after extensive flood damage. The repair consisted of kitchen living room and two bathrooms. Alon managed the project from start to finish. He clearly laid out the scope of the project and did all the negotiations with the insurance company. He returned the house to better than new condition. Due to my father's age, my father refused to leave during the construction and speed of the project was very important to limit the disruption and discomfort of the project. Alon was very sensitive to this and worked around my dad and completed the project in record time, less then half the time we were expecting. I strongly recommend Alon and Alpha Builders for any project.

The ceiling and walls in our kitchen and dining room are right below the master bedroom bathroom. No big deal normally until you factor in water damage from a pinhole leak from an upstairs pipe. Obviously with a leak like that you're dealing with water damage and mold prevention. We got that sorted out So far so good.

However, finding a contractor that was willing to fix it that was another story. We had someone that came through looked around, said he be in touch and will give us a cost estimate, but this guy never followed through. After about 6 weeks of this we got feed up and contacted the team that fixed the plumbing and mold control to see if they had any recommendations.
Next thing we know Alon from Alpha was at our door. Not only did he say he could do the work, but he would also assist in wrangling with our homeowner's insurance (someone to do that is priceless). We said let's move forward on this, and after we agreed to his up-front deposit and contract, it was all downhill. No little than four hours later did we receive an line item estimate e-mailed to us.

The following week Alon, follow up with us and kept us in the loop with what was going on with the insurance, until we got the work approved. Once that occurred Alon set a date to start. His crew was on time and very efficient. They had all the damage patched up puttied and primed for painting. They gave it a day to dry, they were back promptly a day after to wrap up with the painting, we can even tell that anything happened where the water damage was. The crew was efficient prepared courteous and friendly.

I cannot recommend Alpha enough they really put the bar up high for any other contractors I might have to face in the future. If you want an effective, professional, and prompt and outstanding service. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Alon, and his company, were a very pleasant surprise. No attempt to add costs that weren't absolutely necessary and always a very professional and polite attitude. His construction team was exceptional as well. The shower remodel went very well and was completed on time.

Of particular note, they covered EVERYTHING to protect from dust or damage. Carpets, furniture, walls, everything.

Would, and probably will, use them again.

I highly recommend Alon and his company Alpha Builders and Remodeling for a great job. We had a major leak inside the wall on the up-stair's master bathroom and the water went all the way to the ceiling and wall of the garage. This company came to the rescue and did a fantastic job of restoring the damage. It was easy to deal with Aron, he is honest, straight forward, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was also a great help in assisting us to deal with the insurance company. His crew are the best, a truly expert on what they do. I was also impressed that they covered everything before the job started and cleaned up after everything was done. The job was done in a very timely manner without sacrificing quality. They are now my ""go to"" company for any future remodeling.
