I needed a hot water replaced in a Nipomo home I rented to a family member and was shocked at some of the prices I received. David was very busy and because of good reviews and a good price plus being a local I gave him the work. I lived in Nipomo for over 20 years and loved our small time life there but we moved to the East so happy to find a local guy to do the work. Even though very busy, he got the job done before our realtor open house for selling the home. I certainly recommend him but know he is busy because he has been taking care of customers for a long time and has lots of referrals.

Phenomenal Plumbing Company. Did a repipe on our home and started early and didn't leave until close to midnight. We couldn't move my 90 year old mother in law so they staid until the water was back on.

This is the best plumbing company on the Central Coast PERIOD. I have been using them for around 8 years. David Alfaro (the owner) personally works on most jobs and ensures top quality work and efficiency saving the customer both time and money. He insures his work, and takes the time to answer any questions the customer has. I first had the pleasure of meeting David Alfaro in 2002. At that time I had already used many plumbers on the central coast and every larger plumbing outfit. I immediately noticed the skills, personality and professionalism that David brought to the plumbing industry far exceeded any of my previous experiences, and this was before he started his company. Since then, he has only improved. Alpha and the Omega Plumbing , the first plumber you need to call, and the last plumber you need to meet.

I must say that they went way above and beyond for my emergency situation! It was a late Friday afternoon and we had family coming the next day from out of town for my Grandpa's funeral. I was doing mass amounts of blanket washing and in the midst of that my water heater sprung a leak flooding my garage. I immediately started calling different companies to find someone to fix it ASAP. No one was willing to deal with it until Monday because my heater was under warranty. I called and Trisha and David were more than willing to make sure we got taken care of that evening. I was completely satisfied with the work they did. They have even called back to make sure there were no more issues! I must say I will recommend Alpha and the Omega Plumbing to everyone I know! They truly know the meaning of Customer Satisfaction and made me feel like family. They truly care about their customers! Greatly Appreciated and Thank you doesn't seem like it's enough!

this company let my dog out and the bill to get him back from the pound was 145.00. they not only did not pay the bill but the owners wife called me and was down right mean and rude. i would never recomend this company to anyone.6/18/2012
