STAY AWAY! They arrive 90 minutes late and have the nerve to charge you for """"time and travel"""". I had an 8:30am appointment. At 8:40 they called saying they were late and would be there within the hour. I call at 9:30 and they say they are """"around the corner"""" and on their way. They finally show up at 10:00. They obviously do not respect the fact that some of us have jobs and are expected to be there when we say we will be there. Instead, I was left sitting around my house...waiting. Don't LIE to me and say you will be there within the hour when I have another 80 minutes of waiting to do.

I called them due to the fact that they were next door and if they came over to my home after finishing next door it could save me the travel charge. The receptionist concurred then I scheduled them to install a new faucet, new baskets into a new sink and to seal the sink. They didn't send the person next door, they charged me travel and stated it took 3 hours to stall the faucets and never sealed my sink. He left my home for lunch and took 45 minutes in his van to write up the bill. This was the biggest sham that cost me $353.00!!!! I called to talk to the owner/manager and they never called back after the initial conversation. It took many calls before I talked with the owner/manager. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
