There staff and work crew are great. They get the job done perfectly when I had mold in my attic and under my carpet. Took about 3weeks to a month to finish but great price and qaulity of work was amazing

It was one disappointment after another and endless months in poor quality and no sense of scheduling to ""complete"" the job. This company is unprofessional, inexperienced, often doesn't know what it's doing, although it claims to act like a general contractor for my home's slab leak repair. Don't believe in their promises, nor their schedule. My mom's home had a slab leak, my mom was dying of lung cancer, it was extremely urgent to get this slab leak repair done quickly and efficiently in order to get my mom back into the safety and security of her home for her last few days, yet even this urgency wasn't enough for this company to get its act together.
It never did! We had no choice to move back into the house, even before ALP was able to finish. Yet, their work was mediocre, with lots of mistakes and yet so slow at everything. Shame on ALP's negligence! Don't believe their promises! You will regret to deal with these bozos, especially the owner Tim and his Mexican work crew who loves pitching extra work (for extra money, of course). They want your insurance money in full, then they disappear! I've had to redo a lot of their plumbing work by real professionals afterwards.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life (73) years. They leave your house a complete mess when they finish. It took us three days to just get the drywall dust off the floors. They make a complete mess of your ceiling and do not do any repairs at all. After charging $4400 to repair two lines they say there are still other leaks and suggests that I have the whole house re-piped for about the same that it cost for them to do their two lines repair and the mess they left in the house as far as repairing the ceilings. Nowhere on their contract or work order that they claim is their contract do they mention that they will not be repairing the ceilings or walls after they are finished. If you are looking for a company that leaves your house a complete mess after they are finished, and does not get the results of having the leaks completely repaired in your house before telling you that you need to get a complete Repipe with another company this is the one. I've have called three different repair companies, that all told me that the work that ALP restoration work would have to be redone in order to warrantee the new work, and that any holes left by ALP Restoration, which would be an additional 1500 to 2000 dollars.

My mom called ALP due to dampness seeping through a common wall with a neighbor. They inspected and found mold/mildew and recommended immediate remediation. Tim was the person who came and they discussed that the water was coming from the neighbors side and he said he would talk to the neighbor and also send him an invoice. (He never gave the neighbor an invoice or estimate).

Upon doing the remediation, ALP discovered dampness/mold/mildew in two additional rooms so the quote more than doubled.

ALP completed the remediation and then gave me another quote for repairing the damage done to the rooms--including replacing drywall, baseboards, etc. This quote was extremely high and upon checking it closely, I discovered that their measurements of one of the rooms was over triple the actual size of the room. They said it was a ""typo"" and adjusted the quote down by $5000! Since the quote was still extremely high, I contacted another company for a quote to repair the damage and their price was less than 1/3 of ALP's.

We were happy with the work done for the mold remediation--it was handled quickly and efficiently.

Had a slab leak in my wall that others could not detect where it was coming from.They were available to do the work right away.This could have been more damage involved.But a friend of mine definitely recommended Tim and the staff of ALP and,I will be passing the word if anyone I know ever needs plumbing service in the future.

ALP is the best! They are a full-service company and you can count on them for 24-hour emergencies. I was referred to them from a neighbor who couldn't say enough good things. Tim came to do a leak test when we noticed a water puddle on our kitchen floor. He did a comprehensive analysis and did not charge for the leak test. In this case it happened to be a leak from our fridge. One year later I called back for another issue but this time water was coming from a crack in the floor. Tim and his crew did the necessary work to dry down the floor and replace a tile that was loose. We ended up having a slab leak and the work crew replaced our floor. They worked with our home owners insurance company which saved us from paying out of pocket. ALP is no-nonsense and got the job done in a quick and timely manner without hassle. ALP is the company who you should hire. They are honest and knowledgeable and I liked that they were clean and always on time. I am a customer who holds companies to a high standard and ALP plumbing is the best!

This company suffers from an unprofessional attitude about the way they conduct their business. Their approach to leak and restoration work is tear everything apart, put blowers in place for days on end, that resulted in further damage to walls and cabinets. Their personnel are rough in their handeling of ones property and creating additional damage which they have no thought about rectifying or repairing. Their clean-up and remodel work leaves alot to be desired!
Upon job completion; they want to overcharge for work completed, not compensate owner for damages by their personnel and then want to file a mechanics lien on owner for expenses deducted to repair damages by their personnel.
Hire ALP Restoration and Tim Thornton only if you want a long delayed unprofessional job that requires additional vendors to complete!

This company deserves no stars, but they get one because as plumbers they're good . But the restoration part I totally don't recommend them. They took over my house for weeks restoring 3 rooms after a slab leak. They had one worker come out daily who sat around supposedly putting in flooring but at the end of the day he wasn't any further than when he started! They left every day without picking up their mess. The place was a danger to walk around. They left their equipment out where a person could trip. A job that should have taken a week tops was still going on after 4 weeks and I finally fired them. My home owners insurance told me they overcharge and all the money from my insurance was used up before I fired them. I just wanted them out of my house! I would never recommend this company!
