On Tuesday Feb 16th, during the earlier stages of the snowpocalypse that tore through Texas, the water lines in our master bathroom stopped. This was this first time that has happened since buying my home. I freaked as I have heard horror stories about broken pipes leaving major $$ repairs. I quickly looked up plumbers in Round Rock and called Aloha hoping that maybe they could give advice. Jerred answered and kindly offered help. His first words were, "take a deep breath, froze does not mean busted." That put me at ease and then he asked me many questions (other lines working, good pressure, etc...) to evaluate my situation. Jerred told me to open all lines in said bathroom, open cabinet under sink and place the space heater I thankfully had near cabinet to get the pipes, lines and wallspace heated. Within 30 minutes water was flowing from all taps.

Then the best part, a few minutes later Jerred called back to check on my situation! Who does that! He also advised me to set each tap in the house to a small stream (not a drip) and keep space heater going as the next few nights the temps would dip into single digits. Well the snow has melted and my water pressure and lines are intact.

The fact that this company stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the fix speaks volumes. He also described the how and why of what happened as well as the fix. All of this without any charge or trying to sell me something. I will certainly recommend Aloha Plumbing to family and friends as well as use them to upgrade my water heating system which works but is over 10 years old.

Aloha came out (with little notice) to look at my water heater. Jarred pronounced it dead and patiently explained my options, (tankless vs. tank, etc...), and associated costs. The next day, he returned to install a new tank. He returned the day after to remove some sediment stirred up by the replacement, and I scheduled another visit to upgrade my kitchen faucet and shut-off valves. Brendan came out for that work. They both work neat and fast, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do--which makes a difference. I like learning more about the systems in my house and it's always nice when professionals who come out to do work are willing to take the time to explain things. I strongly recommend Aloha.

I didn't end up scheduling any service because they only serve Round Rock, however the man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful in educating me about water softeners and things to look out for regardless

Highly recommended, they were fast efficient and super friendly. We had a repair a little less than a year ago, needed them to come back out we were willing to pay for a service call however everything was covered under warranty. They even had to leave and go get some special parts no charge definitely will be using them again

Ever wonder if the reviews you read are true? Well, it doesn't get any better than working with Aloha Plumbing! Jarred and Brendan are such great people and wonderful plumbers. Fair pricing, professional work, who could ask for more! I highly advise anyone to call them if there is ANY type of plumbing issue that you have. I don't do reviews for most but Aloha is more than worth the time to say how great they are!

Jerred and his crew did an amazing job removing and installing a tankless water heater for one of my rental units. The installation was done up to code and looked great. He even added a carbon monixide detector since the system was a gas unit for the safety of the familiy living in the home. Highly recommend!
