Charles has done plumbing work twice at my business and has done a great job both times. Prices were fair, everything was fully explained and there were no surprises.

Very impressed with this company. I had a stopped up toilet that no amount of plunging or snaking seemed to fix. I called them out to help, he tries a flush to see what's happening, and it's suddenly working perfectly. He did continue to check out the toilet to make sure everything was working fully and noticed that the flapper was dropping too soon and suggested a fix. I fully expected to have to pay for the service call, but he didn't charge me a dime. They definitely earned my business next time I have a real issue.

Jared came to my home and completed 2 shower hardware replacements and 3 toilet rebuilds. He completed this work over a period of 3 months because I couldn't afford to do all the projects at once. Aloha plumbing helped me over the phone for FREE!!! The guy was SO great and helpful!! I sent pictures and he literally talked me through what to do to fix my problem!!! I will definitely call them next time so maybe they will let me pay !!!

I called Jarred about my Water heater was leaking at the output pipe. He told me he could not get to me for several days, but he took the time to explain to me on how to fix it myself. He even has a You Tube video explain on how to fix it. So the bottom line I fixed it myself , but I now have my go to Plummer If anything goes wrong in the future.

Give Jerred a call TODAY!!!

As a first time homebuyer, I had some areas of concern with the water heater and other odds and ends. I reached out to Jerred and he called me back in about 5/10 minutes. I explained to him the situation and that a previous plumber was quoting me an arm and a leg to go tankless. Jerred came out at exactly the time and day he said he would.

Not only did Jerred explain everything to me, but he wasn't pushy at all and he didn't try to scare me into spending money asap. He knew I didn't have much to spend and he didn't try to up-sell me, he gave me multiple quotes, from the bare minimum of what I needed, to the top-of-the-line. He explained everything in great detail (what needed to be done, or why certain repairs weren't really necessary).

In the end, I walked away feeling shocked to find out a different company was going to charge me 2/3k more for things I didn't even need fixed. Jerred put me at ease with my new home purchase, and was able to quote me a top-of-the-line tankless system for far less than I could've imagined.

If you're in need of an honest, hardworking plumber, Jerrod of Aloha Plumbing is the one to call. We had a leaky water softener that needed to be replace. Jerrod came by in the morning hours to examine the problem. After a few minutes he found the crack and offered me options. Since the softener was old, we opted for a new one. With in 4 hours he had returned with the new one and had it working like a charm. Great service and fair prices.
