Update from my last review. Lowered to 1 star. Work they did was just redone by another business. Done incorrectly (sewage doesn't flow uphill).

Also when I posted my last review I received a call from the female owner. Who then proceeded to threaten me with legal action for my review. I told her to bring it. 6 months later and nothing. Cause just like their work, her knowledge is shoddy. Avoid unless you want to support her Range Rover and cosmetic surgery bills.

Had a clogged shower drain that I couldn't clear myself. Called Aloha in the morning and they had Andrew D come out within minutes. Andrew was very friendly and informative and had the job done in no time. Definitely recommend Aloha for any plumbing needs.

When another company we'd used in the past failed to communicate the reason why their plumber wasn't showing up to take care of our backed up bathroom sinks, we called Aloha (we'd noticed their trucks serving homes in our community). After a full day of waiting for a company whose plumber never showed up, it was Aloha to the rescue - in less than 30 minutes they had a plumber to the house completely resolving the issue of the backed-up sinks. So many thanks to Aloha and to Russel for taking care of our plumbing issue - we'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Russell Choy has done amazing work on our property from a large leech line septic issue to a minor pipe leak. Each time he was professional, understanding, and courteous. He took his time listening to the issue and always offered honest advice to avoid in the future. I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing!

Our AC wasn't working, so my husband called Aloha Plumbing, Heating & Air. We had already dealt with three days of triple digit heat and uncomfortable nights. We needed someone to come out ASAP. Today, Andrew came to see what our issue was. He quickly figured it out and told us there was an available part in Riverside. He drove through lots of traffic and got back as soon as he could. The second he fixed the problem, my son screamed, "" I feel the cool air!"" You don't know how good that felt after the last few days we've had. Thank you Aloha Plumbing and Andrew for the great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Our kitchen sink backed up today just before company coming for the weekend. Andrew came to our rescue! He found the blockage and got us up and running. His customer service was awesome. Very fair pricing. We had another plumbing company come out earlier in the day and tried to charge us $115 more for the same service. The other company was sent packing immediately! Aloha was a life saver

This review is long OVERDUE...like a year overdue... but I have not forgotten the excellent service we received from Brian, with Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air.

We needed an old whole house fan replaced and wanted as similar a model to the one we had. Brian did so much research for us. We went back and forth with information and calling companies and Brian came up with a very acceptable solution.

We had it installed and all works just fine. So thank you to Brian for all of your diligence on our behalf.

Fast for ward to today...

Our toilet has been leaking at the base. We called Aloha and got an appointment set up that fit OUR schedule. They could have come sooner but it didn't work out. Phone reps at this company are ALWAYS so friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented.

Jessie arrived on time and listened to all of our requests. He quickly got to work and took care of the list of things we needed to have looked at. He informed us that the toilet, because of the age of the pipe below, will need to be worked on again with more major work to be done. He cleaned up after his work. And, for now no more leaking!!!

I LOVE this company and would not hesitate to call anytime we need plumbing or HVAC work done. They have always been fair and reasonable all while providing quality work

I live in a senior community where the business advertise. I called them out in November 2023 for a simple drip in the shower. They quoted me 400.00 for a part but guaranteed it would stop the drip. It did not. I called them out again in December, a couple weeks later, and they told me I needed a new shower head and it would help. I bought a new shower head, the drip continued. I called them back, they figured out they put a part in wrong and the drip stopped. Two months later I noticed a wet floor behind the shower. I called them back. They now have quoted me $13,000.00 and told me I needed a complete new shower. However, the same drip is back. I asked them to come back stop the annoying drip while I considered this enormous cost. Duke, the supervisor got angry and hung up the phone for me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
