I cannot begin to tell you what recently happened in my situation 11/1-11/5/2023. Let me begin with, the workers don't have a license. They work under the owners license. This guy who works there was negligent, incompetent and in a hurry to get paid. He was suppose to install my tankless water heater. I had numerous warnings I ignored. He installed the tankless after a multitude of problems. Too many to get into. There were three leaks from not soldering correctly. There was one joint I asked him if he needed to check the attic to make sure it was not leaking. He said no. In the middle of the night I heard dripping. Woke up and my ceiling was soaked. I have spoken to the owner. If there is no resolution I will take them to small claims court. Don't use these guys,Aloha Plumbing. They have to know the caliber of guys they have hired. Aloha plumbing did great service for our family. We used them once to unclog a shower, and once to install a new water heater. Michael is friendly, and sent a tech out that had 20 years experience. They did the work fast and the price was very reasonable compared to the price we got from other companies. Mahalo Aloha plumbing!

Great job at replacing drain. Dominic was professional, punctual, and courteous. Ten out of ten, would recommend to a friend. Dominic was able to identify the problem, how it needed to be fixed and the cost were all explained and easy to understand.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Can't get these folks to even return a phone call. I need service at my home and was hoping to use these guys for 21 other rental units that I have. They can't handle whatever work they have, so looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these folks.

Now that some time has passed and we had the work double checked, I am confidently say this was the worst experience.

We were set up with the tech, Marco, and in the beginning, he had not been communicating with us on his other projects and flaked on us 3-4 times when he said he would be over. A couple of the times, we did go to check in and noticed he never showed up when promised.

He had started the job to reroute our plumbing/sewer line and very bad cut through one of our joist, which made the structural integrity questionable and should have been the first sign that we should have fired Aloha Plumbing.

Unfortunately, he did get into an accident that made him unable to finish the job and he outsourced it to Hector, which we thought was licensed, but upon recent discovery he is not. I am starting to have my doubts that even Marco is licensed and knew anything up to code.

To be frank, Hector did a better job in terms of cuts, but there was a language barrier and he did not listen to me or my husband's concern and said to me verbatim ""I LISTEN TO MARCO BECAUSE HE IS THE BOSS."" Again, this should have been a sign that we should have fired them.

In addition, we did add for additional work to be done such as adding a sink for a dual vanity, and adding a new drain and water line to a free standing tub that we are adding. For the new sink plumbing to make it a dual it was done so inefficiently that we would have sacrificed over half of our vanity cabinets being gone. They also did the ""rough"" for the free standing tub and said they would not complete it because that is final even though we were closing the walls.

Also, Marco had disconnected our hot water line, but failed to reconnect it back.

Since then, we did hire a general contractor to come help us with other projects, but we also had him check the plumbing work to make sure we were ready to tile and finalize our bathrooms. He informed us that all the work that had been done by Aloha Plumbing was inefficient and not done up to code so it had to be redone! Our general contractor was also confused by why Aloha stopped the rough midway for the free standing tub that could have been finished completely. This was extremely frustrating for us to hear.

All in all, I am saying it was our worst mistake hiring these guys. We spent over $7k for a crappy job only to spend the same amount of money to get it redone. Extremely frustrating and I would refrain from using them for any big and serious projects.

Lesson learned for us to trust our gut and we should have fired them a long time ago.

Hector took great care of me. Kitchen sink was backed up with all kinds of good. He was on time, worked hard and did a great job.

We called this company in regards to a leak we had yesterday and they pushed us off until today. They gave us a window from 12pm-4pm and did not show. We called several times and the plumber would call back and say he's busy. Finally around 4pm he said he was on his way and it is now almost 6pm and work is getting done.

Fast and reliable! Mike is great and responds quick! Ryan came out to do all of our repairs (snake 4 sink drains, 3 tub drains and replace angle stops + hot & cold supply lines in our master bath). He did an awesome job and is super friendly. My husband and I are actually looking to do more work with them. Don't hesitate to reach out to these guys.
