I am glad I have learned about Aloha Home and Commercial Service. I have used them twice in the past two months. Randy was punctual, professional and went out of his way to help me find the appropriate toilet for replacement in a small bathroom. He removed the old one and installed the new one, doing a great job.

Weston came last week in a very prompt way, was very polite and pleasant, and did a great job of fixing a plumbing leak in my kitchen as well as installing a new garbage disposal.

Pricing seems very fair.

Randy was great to work with. He responded to my inquiry right away (on a Saturday) and was able to fit us in later in the day. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us different options at different price points to address our issues. He also provided us with tips to address the issues ourselves until we decide how we want to fix the underlying problems. On top of all of this, our final cost was a little less than he'd quoted! He's a nice, personable guy who seems honest and committed to quality work. I will definitely call him if/when I have other plumbing needs.

Aloha recently installed a tankless water heater and performed other minor plumbing services for me. Prices were very competitive and services were well performed, but perhaps even more importantly, the customer service is of the highest caliber. Randy was very responsive, reliable, and incredibly professional- as well as genuinely nice. He took the time to explain everything and offer all kinds of advice and other information. I had absolutely no qualms about having him in my home and I was so impressed by his level of integrity. I overheard Randy dealing with other clients and was blown away by how very fair and professional he was. His approach to business is exactly how businesses should run. We are wrapping up a long remodeling process and I have dealt with contractor after contractor, with very few I would call again or bother reviewing except for Aloha. Randy recently came and fixed several problems we were having in our home in Buda, TX. Randy is such a stand up member of the community , has impeccable customer service and is such an amazing plumber! I do my due diligence to 'shop local' and it's always a plus to support a Veteran so I didn't hesitate calling Aloha out to our home when we were experiencing plumbing issues.
