Curtis replaced a Pfister shower cartridge #131765 on 8/14/24. He asked me to write a $400 check to him personally. I requested an itemized invoice for my record which was received 8/25/24. He charged $250 for his services but $150 for the part which Amazon had in stock for $30 (incl shipping). When I asked confirmation of what seemed to be an elevated charge, I have not had a response to date. The shower works well. Just not sure about the arbitrary charge for the part.

Called them for drippy faucet, they got back to me within few days but fixed it in 1/2 hour. They had everything they needed to fix it. Would recommend them.

I had something stuck in my shower drain and was told by 2 other companies that the only solution was to demo the whole shower and replace the plumbing, neither of which actually tried to remove the item. I called Aloha Drain cleaning and they were able to come out right away and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They will be my go to Plumbers for now on

My kitchen drain was backing up and the drain clogging products didn't work as the clod was deep in the line. Curtis and son came first thing in the morning, they were pleasant , reassuring and worked quickly and unclogged my drain! The price was reasonable and I really appreciated that they cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend this company if you have problems with your drain.
