Albert was able to come out the day after an initial inspection for the installation of a water pressure regulator for the house. Friendly guy, and was communicative throughout the process. He always confirmed the details of what he was working on to make sure it was to our specifications, especially when he ran into snags. Thank you for the military discount, we will be using your services again for dishwasher installation in 2022! Great and thorough service!

Albert has now sent me a SECOND $200 invoice after I posted this review, as retaliation, a week after the job was completed. I will be taking legal action at this point. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! *EDIT: HORRIBLE company, stay away! Initially this was a 3 star review. Within 5 minutes of posting this Albert from Aloha Aina called me multiple times to yell at me because he was upset with my review. Everything below is 100% honest and I even verified everything with building security as I was not on property when the job was completed. The invoice was paid in full before I posted this. I am in complete shock at their behavior and have blocked their number so they cannot continue to harass me. * Pros: They came very quickly and on a Saturday, the job was well done, though they were just clearing the main line in our condo. Cons: $648 bill. Initially they quoted me and inspection rate of $180, but after the jo was done told me that building security (??) told them they knew what the problem was already so they didnt do any ""inspecting"" and charged me over $300/hour instead. Also, my tenants timed from when they walked into the unit until the time they walked out: 1 hour and 23 minutes. I was still charged for 2 hours. I am appreciative they were so responsive so quickly but simply not worth it IMO.

Super fast to respond and very professional service! Very accommodating with scheduling and were able to assist immediately. Toilet was leaking and Al came to troubleshoot and replace necessary parts. Worked quickly and was super friendly. Would utilize the service again.

Awesome customer service and response time! We had an issue with our main water shutoff valve on a Saturday, and they were able to come out and make the repair on a Sunday. Got to know the owner a little bit, and can fully support his decision to start up his own plumbing company. Highly recommended!

Our toilet was leaking from the on/off valve. Aloha Aina responded quickly to my request on Yelp and an appointment was set up right away. Albert came and repaired the valve and since he was there, I had him look at a leak under my kitchen sink. He fixed that and changed a defective part in the toilet tank as well. Quick response time and great service!

So happy to have found Aloha Aina Plumbing! Albert came out to investigate a leak the day after I contacted him. He is so kind, friendly, thorough, and trustworthy. And even though I told him not to worry about it, he insisted on sweeping our floors (the mess in which was more related to our toddler than plumbing repairs). We will 100% use AAP for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Albert!!!

Although it wasn't an emergency (slow drain), it was nice to be able to get same day service. I already ran drain clog removers and other diy methods including running a snake to no avail. I knew I needed a professional, and glad I called Aloha Aina. Albert worked at the problem and on the third try got it draining properly. I got the impression he worked with an urgency and sense of mission to get it done. Happy with the service and price.
