My water heater decided to celebrate the holiday season by springing a leak. Used Yelp to contact a few plumbing companies, and the first company to respond was Aloha Aina. What caught my attention was how these guys first question was: ""Can you send a picture/video so we can provide you with a better estimate?"" I loved that, as, more than the other companies, these guys seemed like they genuinely wanted to get your sh!t fixed as soon as possible. After sending a video of the leak, they provided an estimate (that later ended up being pretty much what I paid), and we were already agreeing to an appointment! Alfred came promptly, got right to work, never stopped working, and ended up changing a few of the old leaky copper tubing. I spotted the leak on a Sunday night at 10:30 PM. By Noon on Monday, my water heater was all fixed! The wife was actually pleased!! No, really!!! If I ever need a plumber, these guys are definitely at the top of my list. All the 5-star reviews?? Well-deserved!!!

I wanted to change the water heater in my condo because we had a required water heater check. Mine was still functioning well, but I decided to change it because it was the original when I purchased the condo new, and I wanted to avoid a problem in the future. I researched different companies and was pleasantly surprised that many had very good Yelp ratings. I selected three with good ratings and called all three to get estimates. Aloha Aina was the second one I called, and the quoted price was $100 less than the first one I called. Aloha Aina quoted me a price but also said that if I get a lower quote, I should give them a return call, and they will see if they can match the quote. The third company did get back to me, but it took them so long that I decided not to go with them because they did not respond in an acceptable amount of time. So, I went with Aloha Aina because of its perfect five ratings. I am giving them a ""5 rating"" because they had the best price, a quick response, and everything went smoothly. This is something that I found extra special. I was waiting for a call on the day of the appointment because I had arranged with the condo management to reserve one of the elevators, and I needed to go down and meet the technician to use the elevator. I had a knock on the door, and the technician was standing outside the door with the new water heater, all the tools, and all the supplies. He came in efficiently, changed the water heater, answered my questions, took the old heater out, and was gone in a relatively short time. My experience with Aloha Aina was as good as it could be. I am glad to include a review that will keep Aloh Aina with perfect Yelp ratings.

called aloha aina based on yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. Called roughly around 930 and Keiko advised someone could come out between 12-2pm of the same day. Al showed up and got my clog in my shower free in just about 5 minutes. I completely understand the cost it takes to dispatch/travel and so i did not think twice to try and argue the cost. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I totally forgot to write a review! Back in April of 2022, we started noticing water damage in one of our soffits until we water began dripping. A few years prior, our building did it water pile retrofitting and our unit had some major damages caused by the company doing the project. This ended up being yet another problem they tried to cover up. Keiko got us booked quickly and Al was able to come over the next day. The work started with some exploring and Al was able to locate the leak.. only problem: it was at a part of the pipe that was extremely hard to get to. Al did EVERYTHING he could to get to the leak without having to do major cutting.. which I appreciated, but we ended up having to cut into a wall. One of the drainage pipes from a bathroom sink was leaking due to the pipe being partially cut... and haphazardly patched, but the patchwork was now leaking. Al quickly did it the right way and we were good to go! I could have saved him tons of time if I let him just cut the wall but I'm grateful he was so flexible. The price was absolutely fair, too. We had a great experience and I would easily recommend Aloha Aina Plumbing!

I needed a plumber to fix and cap a leaky waterline that is used for an ice maker connection. I never use a refrigerator with this function so I just wanted it removed and capped off for good. One of the great things I liked about this company is Keiko gets back to you quickly and is very good at explaining things. She will aways respond to you no matter what. She gave me an accurate assessment of the problem and gave me a quote just by sending some pictures from my phone. Albert came on time and quickly did a great job at fixing the problem. He was super cool and we had a great time talking story while he did the job. He was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Very happy to have met him and will use his company again in the future.

10/10 service. Keiko and Albert were very helpful in fixing/installing and inspecting some old leaky pipes in my building. Keiko was quick and responsive in helping with scheduling services. Albert was very helpful and knowledgeable in what my apartment needed to have done & kept a clean environment despite giving him a tight spot to work in.
