She was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Albert came and he set right to work solving our problem and within a short time, everything worked fine and at a reasonable cost. In the same week, my kitchen sink was leaking and both bathroom showers were clogged. Keiko was so responsive and kind in getting me on the schedule immediately. Albert came by and quickly changed out the kitchen sink disposal pipe and strainer then army crawled under the house to clear a clog in the main line. I appreciate the help from Albert and Joe who did an outstanding job with the replacement of three very difficult to find shower cartridges. They spent a lot of time looking for outdated parts, and was very transparent in pricing with any option I decided to go with. I would've gone with matching fixtures, but I decided not to sell my first born to afford it. I'm just grateful for working showers and getting it done in a timely manner. Aloha Aina Plumbing is fast, reliable, fair pricing, and quality work. My mom had a toilet leak that was leaking from the upstairs bathroom and had rotted thru the downstairs ceiling. I contacted Aloha Aina Plumbing that evening and they were able to send a plumber out the next morning. The plumber (Joseph) arrived on time and gave me a 30 min notice before his arrival. Joseph did an amazing job! He took his time and fixed the issue, which ended up being the wax ring/seal. He even added shims to level out the toilet to prevent it from leaking in the future. After the job was complete, Joseph took the time to explain to me what he had fixed and tested it multiple times to make sure the leak was fixed. I would highly recommend hiring Aloha Aina Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They will be my GO TO company for any future plumbing needs I may need in the future.

I had a water activating system, a little different from water filter but similar, that I wanted to get installed. It was from Japan so there we little difference in pipe size so it wasn't easy to install. It look a long time and a hard work but Aloha Aina Plumbing installed the water activating system perfectly. What started out as a simple drip from my shower spout turned into Murphy's Law of plumbing mishaps. Albert was super transparent with what needed to be done to fix my now broken gate valve and even suggested I get a second opinion, but I trusted that he wasn't ripping me off. He even talked to my resident manager and got him to (finally) change the water access in front of my unit. After two days of work, I now have a drip-free shower and the ever-important running water. I accidentally dropped something in our toilet while flushing. It clogged it up right away. Keiko at Aloha Aina Plumbing scheduled a visit that same day. Albert came in the estimated time and efficiently took care of the problem at a reasonable price. He was very professional. Thank heavens for the service. Albert did a fantastic job on a cracked, leaking toilet in my dad's tenant's apartment. He replaced the water damaged floor board under the toilet. Brilliant idea to reroute the water source to the toilet. Albert could tell the original pipe to the toilet was too old to mess with. So grateful for the work completed in one day.
